We recently used Haus Capital Corporation to purchase our second home. The process was seamless and Tarek and his team made everything so simple! They handled everything in a timely fashion and very professionally. We are hoping to never move again but if we do, Tarek/Haus Capital will be our first call!

Marlena @ Haus had up pre-approved from start to finish in under 4 house. We ran into a few hiccups towards closing but she worked with us every step of the way and we could not be happier in our new house! Thank you Marlena and the Haus team!!

We worked with Willis of Haus and had nothing but a great experience. Willis was so prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful in the mortgage process. We had several close deadlines to meet and the team never wavered. I so enjoyed working with Willis and getting to know him. He made the buying experience a bit less painful. Would highly recommend!

We’ve been trying to buy my mothers house since June. we moved out of our apartment at the end of May and moved back in to that house. 5 months and we still have not closed after hundreds of emails and signing and resigning the same documents over and over again because they are “misplaced”. We have sent the same information at least 2-3 times every time it was asked of us. Sent all of our information, had to pay for a credit check twice now, and now that I am out on maternity leave they say we can’t close until I return to work full time. I just had a baby and we can not buy our house until I get back to work? Our first closing date was in July, when this wouldn’t have been an issue if they could keep their paperwork straight. Multiple times I’ve forwarded the same emails to them from months ago when they ask for the same information over and over again. We would be homeless if we weren’t already living in this house. How can any company delay a closing for 5 months after knowing we are starting a family. Ridiculous. Now they won’t return any calls. Looks like they’re about to lose a customer. It’s all about the money for them, not your personal situations. You have to fit the mold they need. And when life happens and things change after 5 months, they’re ready to throw in the towel and tell a new mother to get back to work

I worked with Brian Russo and Shane to refinance my house and reduce my monthly mortgage payment. They were excellent at explaining the options and the process, answering all of my questions and following up afterwards. Highly recommend!

Brian was wonderful to work with. He saw an opportunity to save me serious money and cut the term of my loan. Helped to coordinate a closing in absentia. I would gladly work with him and Haus again although I may suggest teaming up with a different law firm than the one they connected me with. But this is not Brian's fault...

I am so glad Brian reached out when he did!! Great time to refinance due to the lower interest rates. The process was painless and honestly enjoyable. Horrible experience with Haus Capital when buying our first home. There were lots of promises made about closing dates at the beginning (promises that other mortgage companies could not make so we ended up going with Haus) just to have them say at the last minute that they had to change our closing date. Also lots of hidden fees everywhere. We had to fight tooth and nail to get a lower interest rate when they initially told us that they were giving us the best rate available. Sam and his team were very dishonest and opaque about the whole mortgage process and it made the purchase of our home a very stressful one. Look elsewhere at all costs unless you feel equipped to read between the lines at all stages of the mortgaging process and don't mind being lied to repeatedly.

We refinanced our home with Haus. They worked hard and fast and got us a great deal. We closed faster than any of our friends that refinanced with other company's. Working with the team especially Brian Russo and Hanna Paul was a great experience. I would recommend this company 100%

Their staff are top notch professionals and have treated all of the clients that my brokerage has introduced to them fairly and honestly. Their attention to deadlines and detail is always on point. I never have to worry that there might be some unpleasant surprises during the mortgage process! This company is by far one of the best.
