TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, bought a wig and it wasn’t what I asked for they wouldn’t even let me look at it until after I’ve already paid for the damn wig and when I saw that they LIED about what kind of wig it was- they said it was a 613 lace frontal and it was a 613 i-part wig, he didn’t care and would’ve give me my money back, I brought it back not even 12 hours later. It’s already bad enough they overcharge for hair.

Love my hair galleria . ..been coming here since they opened....they have so many styles of hair products....if they don't have it they will get it....love this place...will NEVER go anywhere else....unless it's also owned by hair galleria

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ! SUM IT UP: THEY OVERCHARGE YOU THEN WANT TO DISRESPECT YOU WITH ACCUSATIONS OF LYING! MIGHT NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK BE MINDFUL. THIS HOW THEY TREAT THE ONES WHO KEEP THEIR BUSINESS RUNNING. NEVER AGAIN

New ownership since Covid hit. Not the same hair galleria we've all grown to love. wig selection is trash unless you like synthetic wigs. Synthetic wig selection is good. I felt awkward in there, they weren't the friendliest bunch. Maybe it was just late and they were tired and ready to go home. Idk

I can't say that I've ever had a problem and they didn't solve it. I love shopping there so yes I recommend checking it out.
