If I could have submitted this review without filling in any stars that's what I would have done because I am giving Genesee Transportation a zero start rating. I had pre-arranged for them to pick up my father who resides at a nursing home and bring him to my house for Easter Sunday. I even reserved the time with a credit card. No one showed up to pick up my father as we had agreed upon. When I asked for an explanation, I was told something about a new dispatcher who messed up the paperwork. This is no way to run a service oriented business. I will never be using Genesee Transportation again!

Genesee has some very rude people working there. They have bad attitudes, hang up the phone on people just totally unorganized/unprofessional. I communicate with them a lot on a regular basis through my job and out of all the other transportation companies they are the only ones that are so nasty and unprofessional. The supervisor (guy with an accent) he is just awful. I would never use them personally. They need training in customer service seriously.

Driver passed me on the left side this morning in an apartment complex in an area where they were paving there was a blind spot so I waited and she didn't want to this could have caused an accident. I approached her and she started cursing and yelling at me and stated it wouldn't be first time being reported. Not safe having her drive clients around.
