My wife and I were more than pleased with the customer service and quality of product we received from Monique at Genesee Valley Stamp. We had just recently lost our small dog Rascal at the time and wanted to have engraving done on a placard that had been given to us by a friend to remember Rascal.Monique went above and beyond to deliver what we were requesting!This was a very emotional time for us and Monique was great ... very understanding. We will always be thankful to her for her patience. The quality product and personnel at Genesee Valley Stamp are exceptional.

I love this place for a number of reasons they have a great atmosphere. The store owners are wonderful. They have great stock and are extremely It's a pleasurable customer service experience. And because of various things they do for public safety, I always feel extra safe walking in here. Thanks for doing a great job guys!

I placed an order at 7:45 PM and received a voicemail alerting me to the fact that what I ordered online, may not actually be what I wanted. When I spoke with Monique the next morning at 10:00 she went above and beyond to not only help me correct my mistake, but took the time to find the correct font and make an absolutely perfect stamp, that was ready for pick up before 1:00 the same day!!!! This was amazing customer service

We took our engraved cake server, from our wedding, to have it engraved on the opposite side, for our upcoming daughter's wedding. All I can say is, WOW!They did a fantastic job! They matched the font and the engraving was BEAUTIFUL!!We will be using them for all of our future engraving, and telling everyone that this is the place to go for all of your engraving needs!
