The place is always clean and organized. The staff are nice and you can tell the truly care about the kids. They help keep you involved and take action with any issues your kiddo might be having. Love love love Generations and I always recommend them!

I can write an entire Book about Generations that how amazing this Daycare is. I am a first time mother and I was looking for a childcare my baby can attend and I chose Generations on Chili Ave. The customer service stood out the most and the way each staff care for my baby and all the other kids. This place is a family they involves everyone in events. They are loving, caring, compassionate, attentive to details and so much more. I would highly recommend everyone to choose Generations. Thank you for demonstrating excellence and making a positive impact on family lives !!!

I can vouch for a previous reviewer. I was a former employee years ago and it’s SO sad to see not much has changed. My daughter and many students in her class were flicked, my daughter had a bruise under her eye, and students were called stupid/dumb/ugly by their teacher. Her name was Anaiya. She doesn’t need to work there if she still does or any daycare. Other employees turned a blind eye. The director at that time did nothing. I told many parents and they left thank god. I 10000% do not recommend sending your child here. And no I don’t care to speak to anyone regarding my review, thank you.

Our daughter looks forward to daycare each day. She is always talking about her friends and teachers at school, which tells us she is being taken care of! We love all of her teachers and appreciate how communicative and helpful they are.

I worked there as an employee for a year and I can tell you right now from the child abuse from the workers throwing kids, grabbing children forcefully to the heat reaching up to the 100’s in the daycare rooms with no proper air conditioning to the roaches in the 1 1/2 year old room to me having heat stroke to a verbally abusive director named Jen to the higher ups being abusive to their employees. That place needs to be shut down and I had called the state on them for their abuse and neglect with the temperatures in the building and rooms. They’re child abusers and need to all face criminal charges honestly

I can honestly understand why their ratings are so low. I called the Chili Ave location to see about openings. They brought me in for a tour, had me do all the paperwork and told me that I just needed the NOD to be able to get the start date for my 2 granddaughters. I canceled care with their previous daycare provider and received the new NOD for Generations only to find out Generations doesn’t have an opening for either of them!! Needless to say, I was furious. I had to miss 3 days of work because of their misleading lies. Why would any daycare provider ask for a NOD, have you fill out all the paperwork, get the physical and immunization records, knowing they have no spots open. I contacted the the director and left four messages with NO response. Needless to say, I wasn’t surprised. I would never recommend this childcare provider to anyone. I was fortunate enough to find daycare at the YMCA and they are phenomenal. So for all the aggravation Generations caused me it all worked out for the best.

We were at Generations at 2400 Chili Ave, and I would like to say that after my son had difficulty in previous day cares, by being ADHD, we finally found a day care in Generation child care that opened its arms and hearts and cared for my child like no other. The entire staff there was always courteous, welcoming, very caring and patient. Children come with various histories and possible issues, and it's important for a day care to offer a safe place for these kids, that's what Generations has done. Their open communication about any issues was really great, they were available to discuss any if at all issues and deal with any issues that arose. I have been very happy with all the staff, especially these two teachers who dealt most with my child, Ms. Ally, and Mr. Elisha. They are both great role models for the kids and treated them with respect, proper language and proper boundaries. Mr. Elisha, is an amazing person who cares deeply for the children and has the patience you'd covet as a teacher. He has shown great caring, patience understanding, and did an amazing job as a teacher, and as a person. Very respectable exceptional young man, whom I know any child will be fortunate to be in his care. Unfortunately we've just moved an hour away and will regretfully be leaving only due to the distance. I hope and pray that my child find even a percentage of the care he did at "Generations" . Every single member of staff, has been courteous, respectful, just wonderful.Good luck generations and keep up the good work.I'd like to add something, yes I have had to pay extra as well, there are rules in every facility, school, etc. no one likes to pay extra, but there are people WORKING to care for our kids, who need to get paid, and hence there can be charges. Sometimes things don't work out like we like as each center follows a specific school schedule, but that's no one fault, it's by the state policy. The point is they'll let you know, and we can't expect something for nothing. We leave our kids in day care to go to work, but they ARE at work, caring for our kids, so the financial is one thing, the care is another, but without funds, nothing runs .... So a price to "pay" for something worthwhile. So we're leaving, again only due to our moving, but with only good thoughts in mind. Thank you Generations !!! Thank you everyone, Ms Ally, and especially, Mr. Elisha, you ROCK!!!!!!

Honestly?! Sincerely?! All bs aside!? Best DayCare EVER!! And I would know, considering my brother has been kicked out of multiple Daycares for nothing else than just having PTSD and ADHD... but not this place! No! This place kept my brother close to their hearts and helped him through hard times! Instances where he had trouble and outbreaks in his regular school (which might I add it is a school meant to help children with disabilities, but that’s not important I suppose!) he had absolutely no trouble, no outbreaks, no meltdowns, no stress at this daycare! From the moment you walk into Generations to drop my brother off and am greeted by multiple nice, friendly and helpful faces, to the moment I go to pick him up and am greeted by the helpful cheerful and kind teachers who spent the day teaching, playing, and helping out my brother and all his other classmates! If there is ever a DayCare to give hope to the children, to give a smile to them from the moment they walk in till the moment they walk out, to give them a good day!? It’s Generations Child Care!!We Will Miss All The Teachers, Staff, and children! And will not forget you at our new house!-Rick Stronge <3

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. This place has to be the WORST daycare you could ever put your children in to. This company and its staff don't care about the children AT ALL. The only thing they are concerned about are your payments and adding any extra fees that they can apply. $10 late fees even if you are only a couple hours late with a payment. $30 absence fees even if your child is sick. When you have multiple children like me that adds up. Staff has been rude and snippy with me as well as my children. Have even called my children names. The snacks they give the children are saltine crackers and water or warm milk most of the times. You would think that after all the money they receive children would at least receive a decent snack. NOPE! My children aren't always the easiest children to deal with as are a lot of children but with patience and reasonable discipline they would behave. This place has suspended 2 of my children MULTIPLE times for small things leaving me to find alternate childcare for them and even having to miss work. I have complained multiple times to several different supervisors, but their turn over rate is ridiculous every week there is someone new working in the office. so once you have talked to someone about the situation they leave now you are forced to talk to someone new and explain everything all over again. I will be removing my children from this daycare asap!!!!
