I worked with Chris Couillard in the Rochester GEICO branch and he was extremely helpful. We have a new licensed young driver in the house and he walked me through the process of switching our insurance company and adding our son to that new policy. This was our first time doing this so his guidance was beneficial.

Nick was amazing, unfortunately he was out of the office, I was in an awful situation and was looking for some help and a little kindness, the owner was horrible, unwilling to help and hung up on me. I don't understand why people can be so rude.

The rates are low because when you need to use their services they're not great. They recommend you to the most ghetto repair shops and take no responsibility for it when the shops do a poor job and hold my car hostage. I just wanted a Uber for a day Lol. They only care about collecting that money
