Pedro Ortiz was the service technician assigned to me and he arrived very quickly. He communicated with me before arriving, was friendly, personable, and caring. I was grateful for the excellent customer experience he provided. After getting my car up on the bed, he was kind enough to offer to drop me off at the car rental. And he texted me a photo of my car at the repair shop, after dropping it off, for my peace of mind. Thank you!

Pedro Ortiz called me before pickup and then transported my vehicle to the collision shop. Pedro then snapped a photo of the vehicle inside the building where it was dropped off. This is important because it’s a Kia. Greatly appreciate the excellent service Pedro.
