Their quality of work that previously done was TERRIBLE. The make up on my loved one was not done correctly and my family should have been contacted in order to have someone do the make up PROPERLY. It was devastating to see my loved one look NOTHING like themselves. I suggest that they hire someone who can professionally do make up on their clients so something like this never happens again. I would not recommend this funeral home to anyone.

Mrs. Dixon treated my family and I like her very own family. She took great care of my dad in his transition to heaven. Everything was done beautifully and with ease. ❤️

Unprofessional! During one of the hardest times for my family Ms. Dixon has found a way to MAKE THINGS WORSE!!! I believe she only cares about getting as much money for herself as possible. Everything she HAS done thus far has been completely unethical! If it looks like a crook, sounds like a crook... it must be a CROOK!!

The Dixons are great people.Very professional and polite. Mother Dixon was able to help me get my loved from Kentucky back to Rochester with no problem. The process from start to finish was very smooth and in the end my baby looked beautiful as she was laid to rest.

THE WORST OF THE WORST OF THE FUNERAL HOMES. DONT KNOW WHY THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS...NASTY PEOPLE, OH AND THE BEST OF ALL...THEY ARE PASTORS? AND DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE AND DONT HAVE ANY KIND OF RESPECT FOR PAIN

Very unprofessional rushing family members out of the building within minutes of the last prayer, telling us it was time to get out and we couldn’t go up to view our family member anymore , closed the door in uncle& best friends face told them they could not come in, my cousin did not look presentable they threw makeup on his face any kind of way, understandable that he would look different but they put in no effort to make him look nice ...no compassion for the family members who are grieving, wrong business for such cold people. Also the establishment is extremely small their office was bigger than the room they had the service in.

Very disappointed with unprofessional service our family received for my uncles funeral. To start with the obituary in the paper was printed incorrectly , showed up to the wake with my uncle 30 minutes late in jeans.SPELLING his name WRONG was a HUGE mistake and the date of his passing incorrect as well. He did not get the 21 gun salute he was due being he was a Marine who severed 2 tours in Vietnam ,honorably discharged and then to walk down the aisle of the church to close the casket with NO SHOES on (Bare feet).Talk about unprofessional and disrespectful.Will not use nor recommend their services.

Unprofessional, not compassionate for the business they're in, terrible job preparing your loved ones body, & very rude ! Rushed family out of the funeral home less than 1 minute after service ended , closed the door in a family members face who wanted to just go in and say one last goodbye.
