Carla C. with Five-Star on W. Ridge Road went above and beyond to help me with a chargeback issue. She was extremely nice, and very helpful. These are the people this company should retain, promote, or give raises to. Thank you Carla and Five Star for helping me get my money back!!!

Racially profiled by the teller Laurie and the banker Bonnie feeney I went in to the branch to get a debit card and gave all the required information and was told I would be called when to pick it up. I get a notification the my banking is was disabled 1 hour later and then a phone call saying my account had been placed in restriction. I have not used my account due to not receiving a bank card since February. I did however have funds in the account to cover the monthly fee. From the start of my interactions with the bank employees I felt the racial profiling. I went back in there to close my account out that WASNT NEGATIVE and wanted answers and got nothing but stuttering from the banker and the teller Laurie couldn’t give eye contact. I WOULDNT RECCOMMEND FIVE STARBANK TO ANYONE! I’m contacting corporate!!!!!!!

Went there to have a document notarized, was told ONLY customers of the bank could have such a thing done for them because they do not know me. I do believe my NYS drivers lic says exactly who I am. I then explain to the gentleman that wouldn't it be wiser to offer the service and promote a reason to join the bank vs there way. He then explained once again he had the right to refuse to notarize who he wants. I then went next door to Key Bank (where I do not have an account) and they notarized my document with a smile and no charge to me. I will be switching my bank to Key Bank next.

The staff is friendly, so that's a good thing. The service is absurdly slow. I typically spend between more that 6 minutes waiting at the drive through WITHOUT anyone in front if me. The lobby is still not open due to COVID, so with three lanes available for drive through and assuming no customers inside, I have no idea what could be taking so long.

I would like to pay online but I am not planning another checking account. Plus the drive up window is the slowest one I have ever used.

Convienent location right near the Mall at Greece Ridge, and Wegmans. I am from Waterloo but its nice to have a branch near my girls house! ;-)
