Awful. I came in for a transaction. The teller acted confused . Finally when I paid my car note and got a receipt. I asked is there anything else I need . He says yes. Then after 3 minutes I ask so what am I waiting for? her says nothing your all set. He just enjoyed wasting my time .

I've shared my concerns and suggestions with the current branch manager, Jen.These suggestions included trainings on how to improve staff morale and cultural competency, and how staff deliver messages to customers when they believe they are doing their "due diligence".I'm deeply concerned with how the Chesnut branch has continuously had high staff turn-over rate, lack in staff communication and follow through of time sensitive materials, while also being treated disrespectfully by a current employee and this is after being a member for almost 15 years.This has led me to to find business elsewhere.
