Beware of Discrimination: I took my vehicle here to get repaired & was told by a bigger man to go somewhere else because they did not want to deal with the headache of Liberty Mutual Like it was my fault the other person had this insurance. (He actually has Liberty mutual himself btw, he thought to share that with me).
He told me the estimate of the damages & said it would be 15-18K. He then suggested that I go through my own insurance company progressive & pay the $500 deductible just to work on my car. So the process could be smoother for HIM. It was a no fault accident so Im not paying that. Unbelievable & very unprofessional service.

Working with Fetzner Collision was a totally surreal experience. From day one, the entire staff was knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and supportive. They really go above and beyond to do right by their customers. I will never go to another collision shop again. Fetzner might be more expensive, but it is worth every penny.

So I dont even know where to start! AMAZING EXCELLENT EXCEPTIONAL PATIENT!!!! EVERYONE there(Rose, Ryan and Butch) were clear and very detailed. They fought for me/handled the other persons insurance so that I would have NO WORRIES AT ALL! In the start of the process I spoke with the insurance company and because of a lot of frustration Rose came in and saved me the stress of it all! The people at Fetzners Collision are a great team to work with! And again a special shout out to Rose who was soooo very patient with me calling daily. I live 1.15 hrs away but chose them because of the reviews I saw online and also talking Ive the phone with Rose. Also it helped greatly that they are an authorized Tesla shop. My car looked so fabulous that when I pulled into there lot I didnt see my car cause it looked brand new! Lastly inside the waiting area etc it was soooo very clean and organized and professional looking from my standpoint and believe me I have high standards lol. Again if you need your car serviced take the drive even if its out the way YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!!

I cannot give high enough praise to Brian Fetzner and his staff. We brought our Tesla there for collision repair in July, 2024. From the first telephone inquiry to the final insurance payout, their entire team provided prompt and courteous service.
We had a particularly difficult exchange with our insurance carrier - Fetzner patiently dealt with them for nearly 2 months and helped us get a very satisfactory settlement.
The repair was expertly and thoroughly completed to our satisfaction.
We highly recommend Fetzner for your collision needs!

I took my Tesla to the shop and the people at shop are very helpful and knowledgeable. In the end, they fixed my car and the car looks brand new again. I am very happy with their professional work. Highly recommended.

Great work on our Rivian R1T from a very friendly and professional team. Timing was a bit longer than expected but a lot going on in the auto industry and working with insurance that can cause delays. Would definitely use them again.

Fetzer is the place to take a Tesla for body work. I am from Ithaca and it is totally worth the drive. Have had serious fix-up done on an S and a Y and both came out terrific. And super nice folks all around.
