Trash customer service. Trash store. There is ONE employee I've ever seen who is kind and caring to their customers. Shout out to him! The rest have been rude every single time.

I didn’t catch her name, but the employee that was working at 12pm on 02/07/24 needs a shout out! Working the store by herself, tending to customers, greeting every customer AND restocking shelves on her downtime. Hopefully management sees this, because she deserves a raise! Hardworking individuals going above and beyond for corporations deserve to be appreciated!

I wanted to give a shout out to the employees here, I have seen them deal with some difficult customers/situations and like most retail employees are probably under appreciated but the store is always clean and the staff there has always been really friendly to me and readily available.

I used to like this store as it is close to my house, and Berto the manager is very nice.. but today the experience was horrible how can you ever leave a store being open and ran in the America and nobody in the store can speak English?? And on top of not understanding ANY English. They get frustrated with me, making nasty facial gestures at me like I'm the reason they don't speak the language of the country. Weird! , I will drive to another one from now on. One where I won't be treated funny for speaking ENGLISH

Dear Reader, I am perplexed that this is right next to Aldi... really,seriously.ITS NEXT TO ALDI! Family Dollar is one of those places that has a myriad of things you need quickly but you may or may not pay a premium for. Candy is like a dollar store price and if you are looking for something esoteric like long silver or gold candles for your birthday cake oddly enough they have them for a dollar. They have seasonal items, some clothes, different kinds of minimal homeware (like blinds, curtains) some housewares (like plates, mugs, forms& spoons) all kinds of disinfecting and laundry detergent at different price points. (Like you can buy inexpensive stuff or Gain to give you an idea) Also greeting cards, frozen foods, water, soda, pantry staples etc. But it's never busy.. Sometimes I walk in to pick up some candy or if I'm looking for something but ALDI IS NEXT DOOR. Let me repeat that.. Aldi is next door and in the same area is a CVS... Family Dollar is worth a quick look but if you are looking for food stuffs go to da Aldi next door. Staff is pleasant and friendly cause nobody is there. They share a parking lot.. party on... That's all I got.
