I stopped by this location today with my family. Im usually not in this area, but was running errands. I was completely impressed with how clean and organized this location was today. I'm not use to that when walking in any family dollar locations. The staff were amazing and so polite. It was 2 African American males and an African American woman working. All 3 greeted me at one point in the store. When I say not a box or rack was on the floor or in the way or visible. I literally never seen clear aisles before in any family dollar. We were only suppose to pick up mouth wash, but ended up spending $65 due to just loving the store. So I made it my mission to leave a review.

The lady at the store she’s white short with the red hair and wear glasses. She is so rude and should not be working there. I came in to add money to my card and as I’m talking to a different cashier, she comes up yelling at me. that is bad customer service I went to a different Family Dollar in tears Because of it and the first thing that lady said is I’ve been working here a long time so I know all the rules and she claims that she’s the owner of all the family dollars which we know that she’s not. She should not be working here.

Agreed, "Manager" Teresa is very rude and should not be in customer service. She belongs somewhere stocking shelves overnight, for example. Anywhere where she does not have to interact with people. She seems to enjoy purposely arguing and wasting a person's time. I will not stop or shop here again. I would rename this store, Family Rip-Off, if I could. Bad energy at this store. Shop somewhere else!

Was getting in line to cash out but I couldn't wait any longer only 1 cashier and the other one was suspended for no reason.line was to long so I put everything back in place and walked out. Why cant customers shop when manager is yelling at the employees all of the time. Customers don't want to hear the yelling and screaming at the employees all of the time.some one needs to talk with the manager at the family dollar on mt hope avenue. When customers shop we like to have it nice and quiet. Hope everyone agrees with me thanks for listening or reading this post that I am sharing with you all.

The employees knew exactly which aisle I needed to find what I was looking for. They were courteous and knowledgeable and fast and friendly service was delivered.
