EXCELLENT service from start to finish! The team helped me decide on material and how best to restore my deceased grandfathers chair (I never knew him as he died before my birth). When I set out to recover and repair a rocking chair that has been in the family at least since my father was a baby, Mike at Fabrics and Findings not only got me the supplies I needed, but coached me through the whole project. Looking at photos and then at pieces of the chair I'd brought to the store, he told me just how to shore up the springs, replace the padding, and finally cover it all with cloth. The help was invaluable, and the result is beautiful! Fabrics and Findings has also made curtains for me twice, and did a wonderful job both times.

We brought our 100+ year-old rocking chair with hand-needlepointed fabric (by my spouse’s grandmother) to Fabrics and Findings be renovated. The seat was sagging and the armrests worn out. We wanted to reuse the needlepoint fabric, if possible, and they did everything possible to make it work. It’s absolutely gorgeous now and solid (and comfortable!). We are delighted with their work!

The dark ugly cushions were replaced with beautiful beachy color durable fabric! What a difference! Great quality craftsmanship. First pic is the after, second pic is the before.

Disappointed with the staff member who did not acknowledge us as he stood behind counter self absorbed with paperwork. Then when he did acknowledge, answered question as if we were bothering him, not even looking at us and then did not offer to help us in our inquiry. So we walked out.

Great selection and very nice staff. Had two sets of slip covers made for two small chairs. They came out beautifully and well constructed. The fabric was from the remnant section and was a great deal. I dealt with the folks at Fabrics and Findings many, many years ago for drapes and other items. It is nice to see the company is still going strong in their new location. Many thanks to Vincent for his care and follow through. I highly recommend these folks.

Experienced and helpful sales staff, with a well-curated selection of in stock upholstery fabric to choose from. They assisted with fabric choice and completed 2 dining room chair seat cushions, with new support webbing and foam, in less than a week. Top notch workmanship. I can't wait to sit down!ps: street parking right in front of the door.

We stopped in on a day trip to Rochester for fabric finds. We learned it was more upholstery fabrics than cotton fabrics but had a lot of fun perishing everything. The folx who helped us with check out and cutting were very kind and efficient and helpful. Their sewing supply wall was fascinating. Made me want to re-upholster everything I own.

Ordered a yard of fabric to be ordered in the fall. Told me it’d take a week. Paid $60. Apparently they gave me their order sheet so when I called 2 weeks later they said they couldn’t order it because they accidentally gave me their paperwork. So then they said they’d order it again. Three weeks later, said “it should be here” but couldn’t find it. Said they’d call me back in an hour. Never did. I’ve called twice and nobody picked up. They took my money and never delivered what I bought. I’m leaving a poor review here because I can’t get any answers. Will never give them my business again.

They were very helpful with my reupholstery project especially with the foam I needed and even helped me with the rewebbing.
