I wish I could go back in time and save my money… I got a gel pedicure 2 weeks ago and the gel peeled off of every single one of my toes. I called the center and was told that if it’s two weeks old I need a new one and there’s nothing they can do. I got the deluxe package and spent $55 for it to literally peel off in 2 weeks. I do not recommend.

I was very impressed by the staff. Everyone greeted me and was very kind. Top customer service. She did a wonderful job on my nails as well. Will return.
Edit- Unfortunately my pedicure did chip off on my toe after a week of me getting it done (Never had that issue before) I would still go and give them another chance. I'm just disappointed for the amount of money that I paid and tipped.

My daughter had her nails done at Essence Nails on West Ridge Road, French Manicure. Not only did the male that did them do the worst job I’ve ever seen, he cut her and she was bleeding. They had the nerve to charge her $55, a discount because they knew that sucked. I am embarrassed for my daughter that she has to walk around on her vacation with those God awful nails. If that was me you would not have gotten a penny, you should be ashamed of yourself!!

Absolutely stunning nails. They were very professional and gentle. I went in with a bad shoulder and I have really thin nails from hEDS and they took great care of me. Been going off and on since 2017 and plan to go more often again.

Not your typical nail salon. The workers actually conversed with not just each other but with people that were getting service.
Very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. They did not rush and made sure the clients were satisfied throughout the service. Definitely coming back. ?

Had an ok gel manicure. Very limited colors to choose from. Manicurist deeply gauged the skin on the side of one nail with a nail sanding machine & caused it to bleed. Didn't say anything. Gel polish chipped off within a week and usually I can go about 2 1/2 weeks with no problem. Won't be going back again.
