I would like to give a shout to Ryan Oliva, Brendan Frye, and Brendan Miller. I have done three different rentals through these gentlemen and they made my experience THE BEST! Not trying to exaggerate but usually when dealing with rental companies, you talk to staff, get your car, and leave. They all went above and beyond by calling and making sure everything was going good. I’ve never had this level of customer service in years. They definitely deserve to climb the ladder of promotions in the near future. Thank you gentlemen and I WILL be coming back to experience greatness again!

The staff at Enterprise on Linden is superb! Friendly, respectful and helpful! Even a follow-up call to make sure everything was OK with the rental. Great service!

I had an excellent experience renting a Chrysler Pacifica from Enterprise while my own car was being repaired. They brought the rental car right to my home and showed me the advanced features on the rental car. The rental car was in excellent condition and had been thoroughly cleaned and smelled fresh. All of the office staff were very friendly and helpful.

Obviously when you have an accident you are already dealing with a lot. Working with Brendan at this location was a great experience. He showed genuine concern and care over my situation and was very helpful.

I made a reservation through my business travel agency that was confirmed through Enterprise. I took an Uber to get to the enterprise location only to have them tell me there are no cars available and that "booking through business travel allows them to bypass the system regardless of if there is inventory or not available". That's all they could do, they did mention they tried to reach out via phone and left a messages which is reasonable however I didn't get anything on my cell. Wouldn't come back, no alternative options provided by the manager on site i.e. check airport rental availability for me or anything, just "we can't do anything". Not going with Enterprise ever again.

BEWARE... THINK TWICE... This location took possession of a rented car during the middle of our rental period with a credit card on file. A tow truck showed up on Monday around 7:30pm, demanded the keys, and stated they have not received payment in 2 weeks. Their assistant manger parked at the end of our driveway and let the tow truck driver escalate/handle this situation. I asked the tow truck driver to give me space and leave me alone so I could talk to the assistant manager. After I talked to the assistant manager in my driveway to try to figure out what was happening, she still decided to take the car. This rental was paid for and they had a credit card on file that they could use with our permission. This was the most bizarre experience I have ever had. When I talked to the manager the next day, he said, "Let's get you back into a vehicle."

First I was told there were no cars that were in the price range the insurance company was paying they were all rented out. They put me in a car that I had to pay extra everyday out of my pocket when I complained one of the front desk people said sorry can't help you and I tried again and this time a different person credited me for the difference and did not charge me. Also, I was charged $11.85 as a "service charge" for a thruway toll of $8.64. I have no problem paying the $8.64 but the $11.85 is ridiculous and pure profit for Enterprise. I have a toll device and it doesn't cost anything to have it. I should have used my own but was unaware of the additional fees. All the arrangements for the rental were made by my insurance company as my car was being repaired. And the annoying part is there is no email or customer service phone number to call and discuss a refund. I will NEVER use them again.

I was recently rear-ended while sitting at a red light. This enterprise location provided me with a rental car while my bumper was being replaced. They provided fantastic service. All the normal stuff was top shelf. They cam to pick me up at the body shop with no wait at all. The process was simple.Where the service was above and beyond though was the representative helping me, named Ellis. I drive a full size 7 seat SUV. The insurance company of the man you struck me was trying to only approve me for a small compact. I need the storage room in the car for both family and work. The insurance company was saying that I have to pay extra for a larger vehicle, even though I was simply at a red light not moving when struck by their completely and admittedly at-fault client. Ellis made sure to represent my needs and what was fairly owed to me. Only a short time later, I was driving away in a fantastic pick-up.Thank you Enterprise. Thank you Ellis. I highly recommend this location.
