I purchased a Subaru outback and I love this car so much!!! Ron was ? percent transparent with me about the vehicle and had no issues with it!!! I love it so much I came back with in a month and got my parents a vehicle too. They got a great price on a Toyota Rave 4 and my mom loves her truck!!! Ron is definitely a great guy, very open and honest with everything with me!!

Bought my first car from dealer, came from Buffalo and had great service throughout the process. Replaced car radio, for free, after discovering it made no sound. Would recommend.

My name is Jermaine, i purchased a car from this car dealer is the most reliable car dealership in Rochester, they're the most reliable, affordable and the easy set of people to deal with, I will never go anywhere else to buy a car. I didn't regret buying my car here, even after I purchased my car the sales agent call me so often to find out if my wife and I was ok with the purchased and if they can do anything else for us, I am telling you they're God sent, I pray that they will be Blessed as how Abraham was Bless, I pray that God will protect them and their families, friends and even their enemies, in Jesus name AMEN.

I recently visited iCarsUSA in search of a car, and I had a wonderful experience. The selection of vehicles was impressive, covering a wide range of makes and models to suit various preferences and budgets.
I want to give a special shout-out to salesman Bryan, who provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process, making sure to address all my questions and concerns without any pressure.
Overall, the entire team at iCarsUSA was professional and courteous, making the car-buying experience straightforward and hassle-free. I highly recommend giving them a visit if you're in the market for a vehicle.

Everyone out there needs to know this. I car is USA is headed by a guy named Ron that his brothers to a man named Rick who runs Joseph sage auto sales. The two together run a fraudulent operation. Please be cautious. You are almost certainly going to be sold an actual LEMON that is not covered under any warranty. You’re going to reach out for help to eye cars and or Joseph’s age. You were going to be met with a brick wall. These guys intentionally capitalize on the marginalized among us. They do not care if your car falls apart. And if you get it from them – it probably will. I am in the process of a lawsuit against an actual straight up LEMON. If your credit is not the greatest, and you really need a car Dash stays far away from possible as you can from Joseph Sage and iCars USA - both in Rochester. Customers are the very last thing on these peoples minds – obviously and sadly – true.

Posts vehicles on craigslist that are not in their inventory. There cars are twice as much. Drive over an hour to look at vehicle on Sunday and they have gates closed. Looked on line, vehicle wasn't even in stock. Emailed them the next day and never responded total scam

Shaz has been one of the best car salesmen I have ever worked with !! He pulled strings for me that I didn’t even think was possibly !! I got to him by 12:00 pm and was out signed and sealed by 4pm !!! The customer service is beyond great and I HIGHLY recommend Shaz for anyone lookin for a car and someone who’s going care along the way !! Shaz is your guy ?

They sold me a car with a completely rusted frame and electric issues that couldn't be fixed even tho I was told the chevy dealer would be able to fix them.I would have gotten it taken care of by them but conveniently the mechanic went on vacation when I needed work done and the next time I went they were apparently closing early so I had to come in the next day but they did finally get me in for work but I have a feeling they didn't do anything because soon after the warranty ended the check engine light popped up once again.I went to two reputable mechanics and was told the frame was so rusted they weren't even able to lift my car up because if it broke it would be a liability on them. A third mechanic told me it'd be best to get a new car because repairs would be more than the car is worth.At the end of the day the car shouldn't have been on the lot.I recently went to a real car dealer who cares about customer experience and was taken care of and given a full warranty that can't be broken by the mechanic never being available for work.Thank you for doing this tho because when you know better you do better, blessings ??
