Had to pick out a rollater today and did a web search & found Eastside Medical Supply. They were very very helpful and I left with exactly what I needed! I was relieved to be able to walk out with my rollater than having to wait for one to be shipped. They had so many to choose from right there on the floor. I am heavy, so I needed a heavy duty model which they had two in the back that they had me try. Thank you ladies at Eastside Medical Supply for making my purchase as smooth as possible!

When I went to Eastside in person a couple months ago, I had a pleasant experience. However, when I called back recently to follow up and complete my purchase, I didn’t have a great experience. The person I spoke with used a frustrated tone and wasn’t very helpful answering the questions I had about insurance coverage. I felt pushed to order through them, despite not knowing if my insurance would cover it. It wasn’t a great customer service experience. I had more luck speaking directly with my insurance company and then working with Westside Medical Supply. They were really friendly and informative about my options!

Literally only putting one star so I can leave this comment, the blue haired broad that was in there was soooo unprofessional and rude. We went in with our 2 year old who had been in the vehicle all day and without a nap. Needless to say she was really cranky and somewhat misbehaving as she was throwing a bit of a tantrum, So the lady took it up on herself to be extremely rude and unprofessional. We were coming there to pick up a breast pump with our insurance, and because my partner had the audacity to ask about a pump that wasn't covered under our insurance the lady took it upon herself to be very rude and nasty about how our insurance wouldn't cover it. It wasn't what she said, it's how she said it.

Thanks very much Eastside Medical Supply for the amazing service with our stair lift! We were in a real bind and needed one right away. Jeff came over the next morning and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He and his team got the stair lift installed a few days later. The lift is fantastic and makes my mom’s life so much better and safer.Thank you for being a reliable, honest and great company !Five Stars!

Before I visited the store, I called to make sure they had the medical supplies I needed and the young lady was very helpful and very pleasant. When I got to the store the same sweet and helpful lady "Zakiyyah" instantly remembered our discussion earlier and not only walked me over to that department, but explained to me carefully what items are usually popular for my particular ailment? I kept apologizing for needing her assistance but she kept telling me "There's no need to apologize for anything, I'm here to help u and everything is fine!" I didn't get to interact with the other lady who was there, but she was also pleasant when assisting other customers as well?The store is very spacious and clean. They had everything I needed and I'm so happy I went there because having to repeatedly buy my supplies at Walmart(and their employees are no where near as helpful or even as kind)got to be more expensive than anything because the quantity/quality are not as upstanding and their prices are being raised more and more? Looking over my receipt, I paid less for certain things and a little bit more for others because they're in abundance and they're exactly what my doctor uses? Please give Eastside Medical a try because they're very professional and the lovely ppl who work there, don't rush u, they listen intently, and do whatever they can to help u? Please everybody, stay safe and take excellent care of urselves?

Called with a question, gentleman who answered said, let me transfer you to the person who deals with that specific specialty. I leave a message, that person never calls back.The review was posted 7 days after I called, I have purchased the product from another medical supply store.

First time I went I stood around waiting for someone to a knowledge my presence. Finally I got the attention of someone and I waiting for them to help me. They got me the knee scooter prescribed by my Dr. and gave it to me. No one showed me how to use it! Just pushed me out the door. I never used one have no idea what it does or doesn't do. When I asked how to fold handle down the girl tried to show me but she couldn't figure it out. When returning the product (it was a rental), I was one day late and they charged me for a full next month at 75.00! No refund for the 29 days they have it in their store and can rent to someone else! I could see if I used it half the month or something, but one day??? Never going back again, more interested in money than helping customers.

I legit just got yelled at by Eastside Medical… completely unprofessional. I literally said “But yet during this interaction you’re the only one who raised your voice. You. You’re yelling at me. For no reason.” You NEED prescription AND have to book an appointment or don’t bother “wasting their time”. Looking for somewhere else to take my business… any suggestions?

First time I went there I was told I need a prescription for a brace from them. I need a knee and wrist brace. I was sent away with a pamphlet of theirs. Next time I went in with a prescription for both my braces I told them that I wasn't looking forward to doing business with them because I feel like they just kept "sending me away" versus helping me. The receptionist must have been offended by my comments and started arguing with me over the prescription and what my insurance covered. I told her I wanted a metal brace and she said my prescription was only good for a cloth one. She told me I needed a prescription for the right brace and need to call for an appointment too. And once again I felt "shooed away". No where on the pamphlet I was given does it say "appointment required". It actually says "come and visit our locations". The receptionist got so angry at me she was yelling at me and at one point she said "Well you're over here arguing-" and I cut her off and said politely and calmly "Yet throughout this whole interaction YOU'RE the only one who raised their voice. I never once have. And you also didn't make me feel welcomed when I walked in. You waved me over and didn't even say Hello." I don't know. Am I asking too much to be helped with my pain? I took 2 busses to get there and ended up having to walk home 2 miles because I cannot afford a $30 Uber ride. Don't ask. Thats what the prices for an uber were at the time and no busses were headed towards my home. I've personally worked in customer service and sales for 5 years. If a customer told me they were not really interested in doing service with my company because they felt dismissed... I would immediately apologize and then ask what I can do to help fix the situation and make sure their future business with us is smooth. I would NEVER started an argument and would never allow myself (the receptionist) to raise my voice to a customer. Completely unprofessional. Everyone who enters their doors are coming in there IN PAIN and looking for help. You'd think they'd have some kind of sympathy and empathy. But they don't. Not one of the other employees who heard this interaction had anything to say. They just 'minded their own business'. I've never felt so unwelcome somewhere. Doubtful if I'll ever return. Would never recommend this place to anyone I care about.

Absolutely recommend going through this facility to get all your medical needs! I was desperately searching for a specific brand of breast pump and they carried it! Shannon was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. She worked to clarify information from other DME suppliers where I had been steered wrong and she gave me her personal extension if there were to be any issues! The whole process involved little to no work on my part, the pump I wanted was ordered and is already out for delivery.Wonderful staff with hassle free ordering process and for a GREAT price! Couldn’t ask for more and will for sure be back! Attention all moms! If you buy a breast pump from them, you get 20% off accessories once the pump comes in! ? HUGE plus!

My husband was dealing with an injury and was in a lot of pain. The doctor he saw told him to get a boot from here, so we called ahead to make sure they had it. He is a very big shoe size, so we wanted to make sure they had it before we drove there. We called and they said they did. We got there and got my husband inside, they took awhile running our insurance, only to tell us they didn't have his size! Really?? They got it from their west side location for us and had it delivered there the next day, but they could have done that on the phone and saved both him and I a lot of time and effort, and him from limping in there in pain. As far as the boot, it is more expensive than the ones you can find on Amazon, etc. I don't actually know if it's better as I don't have any experience with others. However, strapping the boot is not at all user friendly. The hooks to feed the velcro through fold into the boot all the time. It's hard for me to put it on him, much less if he tries to do it himself. I don't think this is the fault of the store, but it definitely could be designed better.

Zakiyyah was fantastic to work with! She was super helpful and very responsive. Ordered my breast pump with no issues, and literally got in the mail the next day. Would definitely order from Eastside Medical Supply again.
