My experience was horrible. Pretty much the entire staff needs more customer service training. They are rude and inexperienced. I’d rather not go into details but trust me I would if I could. My recommendation don’t go there for anything

Experience was pronominal! Had a screw in my tire. I did not buy my tires there. They fixed for free. Did not try to sell anything I did not need! I will be going there for my next set of tires!!!

Had to bring my car back to have 3 of the 4 tires rebalanced and also correct tire pressures. Dunn used to be the gold standard in Rochester area … not anymore.

Had tires replaced which only had 25K of 60K warranted miles. Paid pro-rata ($550) vs. retail ($1,200). They filled out all the paperwork. Very pleased with service and people at this store.

I was spending $2.50 a day to put air in my tire. Dunn Tire did a flat repair for $7.50! I had an appointment got and in out in 30 minutes! Highly recommended them

Dunn tire has bailed me out twice now. I'm a mom of three very silly kids and doing basic car maintenance can be very difficult. When my tires were nearly flat, I was in no position to be able to fill them myself, and most gas stations around here charge for air (sidebar: why???). I called Dunn, and they had me just pull up in front of the store, and a very kind mechanic filled my tires while me and the kids stayed buckled in, singing along to the Frozen soundtrack. Then those nearly flat tires finally gave out and failed NYS inspection, and Dunn got me affordable new tires within an hour while my kids ate chips in the waiting room. I'd be SOL without Dunn, several times over. They have excellent and fast customer service, and they take good care of folks like me.
