I had one of the smoothest auto transactions in my 25 years of buying a vehicle. My sales guy Sean worked with me extensively since I was out of town to make sure I had everything completed prior to my arrival so that I could sign and drive. When I arrived to pickup the vehicle I ran into an issue with the vehicle having some flaws that I was not aware of to no fault of the dealership as the vehicle was new to them also. The gentleman (manager) in charge was made aware and he gave me a form for an IOU to bring the vehicle back and they will repair the items and give me a vehicle to use until the work is done. I have not set a date for the repair but i am confident they will make good on their word. I purchase vehicles VERY often, and I would definitely return to Bob Johnson in Rochester to purchase another car from them.

Had a great experience with Bob Johnson Kia, Art Chase was so helpful from the beginning guiding me though all the options and helping me find the perfect car. We had to order the car and it took a few months but he kept me updated and answered any and all questions I had throughout the process. He made the process of trading in my old car so smooth and I am so in love with my telluride! Definitely recommend bob johnson kia & specifically Art!

Laura is awesome! I came in not thinking I would be able to trade in my car and still have the same payment as I owed a lot more than my car was worth. They made it happen and my payment was lower than I was paying before! I did realize after having the car for a few days that some of the windows controls and lock buttons did not work. I sent Laura an email and within the hour I had someone from the service department call me to schedule a time to come in and have the issue fixed. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
