Very pleased with sales experience. I will continue to work with my saleperson Salah as long as I stay with leasing Toyota's.
The only negitive is not the service department, is the techs. They don't follow through. When they P.D.I. the car they didn't adust the tire presure when I picked it up it waas over 50 lbs presure and when I brought in for service, they just rotated and didn't adjust. I may consider using Westher for service in the future.

Had a tire rotation and fluid check. They also performed a small recall item. They suggested a wheel alignment, which they did.

Unfortunately not a good 1st experience for us due to a number of failures. Without knowing we were switched from one consultant to another, resulting in.us waiting a hour in a half, to then be told that no work was performed to fix our two problems and we would have to reschedule our appointment. The part that was needed to replace the part that fell off my new car was missing a plate so the work could not be performed. Then we were told that the 2nd car remote,, that we waited for three months which was a major inconvenience, could not be programed due to a computer failure. Sorry to have to report these issues but equally sorry we had to have this experience. Our time is valuable causing us some distress at the time.
That being said. we love the car's.appearance and performance. I've gotten more people stopping me to complement the car than I've ever gotten with my corvettes! But please bear in mind, we are disappoonted!
I should add we are please with Nick Cruz, our salesman.

I took my rolla for Toyota complimentary service and it took about 2hrs. Just to do tire rotation and factory recommendations inspection shouldn’t take more than 30mins…
