I visited Bob Johnson on west Henrietta Road on Tuesday September 17, 2024 to collect my Nissan Rogue 2024. From I stepped in the show room I was treated like VIP. It was smooth sailing from start to driving my brand new Nissan off the lot. I would recommend anyone who wants great service to visit Bob Johnson. All my request and enquiries were addressed in my favor. The experience was awesome!!!!!!!!! I must say hats off to Joe, he was the icing on the cake.

This is the second lease I have done at Bob Johnson Auto Group. Both went smoothly and were calm transitions. My most recent sales associate Rodney O. was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and witty. He made this next vehicle move feel right. I am loving my Murano! Thanks for the guidance Rodney. I made the right choice!!

I had to bring my car in for a diagnostic appointment, due to another shops careless mistake. Not only did Alyssa (the service rep) and Al (my technician), respond to me quickly, but they handled my situation so professionally. They took pictures for me, had documentation, and did everything they could to make it the easiest process possible. Alyssa never missed a call I made into the shop. I got in within 2 businesses days, and the prices were respectable. I will definitely be coming back for any future maintenance . Thank you both for making this so much easier on me by being so professional and understanding!!

This is honestly the worst Nissan dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They do not answer the phone. The schedual employee Rick sounded like he was trying to take a nap in between responding to me. Told me I had to wait a month plus to have my front driver break looked at. What an absolute disappointment. No loaners or rentals and zero ballpark on service time. this is a 100% genuine review

I was hesitant to switch to a new dealership but decided to check Bob Johnson due to excellent lease deals i heard about. Mark Intini gave us the" old fashioned " customer service with his knowledge and straight shooting. Never did we feel pressured or rushed. (Rare nowadays)If you're in the market I highly recommend this salesman and the dealership.

Brought it in for warranty work, they ended up ordering the wrong part and now I DON’T HAVE ANY DEFROST, HEAT OR A/C IN MY CAR. How is it safe to drive a car without being able to defrost the windows? This is ridiculous. And, on top of not being able to fix my car WHICH IS UNDER WARRANTY, they tried to sell me over $1,000 in maintenance items! The hubris of these people! Get technicians who can correctly troubleshot issues THE FIRST TIME, instead of making me wait MONTHS for a part to come in. And don’t add insult to injury by suggesting I spend $1,000 on maintenance items while I have no AC, no fan, no defrost, no heat and no interior lights. This place is the biggest scam in rochester.

I came to Bob Johnson Nissan with an early lease buy out deal. I was very nicely taken care of by Mark Intini. I left with a new lease on a 2022 Nissan Sentra which I am very happy with.
