Ask for Tom Baker. He was patient, flexible, knowledgeable and I never once felt pressured or "managed." He is the consummate sales professional proven by his poat-sale availability and help. I could NOT get my Android Auto working and it too me a while to sort it out. He was there every time I called, even on his day off. The closing was seemless amd easy. I went to a Kia dealer on Ridge Road and it too me 90 minutes to get a non-answer. The sales rep was new to the brand but experienced in auto sales. Where was his support. That gave me the distinct impression that there was no "team." That's NOT where I want to shop.
When Tom needed and answer he was gone for 30 seconds and came back with a full explanation. And he had only been selling (anything) for about 6 months. That showed me that the dealership was interested in the success of it's employees. And that matters.
Tom Baker at Bob Johnson is the person and place to go.
And the car is amazing.

We had a disaster heading up the NY turnpike. Our car received over 5k in damages on last Saturday. Bobs team headed by Ashley Barnhart, made life so much easier. From the fire dept, state police and AAA getting our car to this dealership, was heaven. Once Ashley's team got to work with the insurance company on Monday, the puzzle was complete by Wednesday with zero flaws or complaints. Not knowing anyone and on vacation in Canada, this firm gave us their trust and couldn't be more elated to write this review! Well done team and thank you again for taking on our car, when there were probably other ones that had a priority after ours came in. Thank you again from the bottom of our heart.

Jurian provided a straight forward, fair and honest sales process again. No crazy fees or deceptions. In our only service need Rachael went above and beyond for or satisfaction. Bob Johnson would be my 1st stop shopping for a vehicle.

I only wish there was a rating that was zero or even a warning: DO NOT GO HERE TO BUY OR LEASE A CAR. The staff in the business office is totally incompetent. We leased a car 6 months ago. After repeated phone calls about receiving a bill to make monthly payment, and getting no response, we were finally able to receive a payment notice for our monthly payment. The bill stated that we were behind and our monthly payment was $2600! Ridiculous management. The business manager was apologetic, but apologies don't make up for incompetence. WARNING: DO NOT GO TO BOB JOHNSON KIA.

Bought a 2020 Kia forte from bob johnson vw . Kevin was my salesman. Excellent customer service skills , process was easy and fast. I would say 5 stars with the sales part, maybe a 4.5 star on the doll up. Over all will definitely recommend this dealer and sales team to anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle.

No 'zero' star option.... My car has had an electrical issue for as long as I can remember. Everytime I brought it in to have it repaired they would just bandaide it. I have spent hundreds of dollars on light bulbs I purchased and replaced myself and what they would charge me to bandaide it when I brought it to them. I know exactly what the problem is but they avoid it looking into it and repairing it. Went in the other day with my folks who bought my car to ask them once and for all to look into it. Now they want to charge $170/hr to trouble shoot it, a job they would NEVER do before when it was still under warranty. I have a printout from Vision KIA what is wrong with it as well as a picture of a melted connector. Also, I was also told to my face that I was lying about the electric starter being installed when the car was ordered. I went out and go the invoice!! He had no words. Once they get you to buy a car and the money is in their pockets, you are treated like waste afterwards.

I turned down a a FREE car because I refuse to to let anymore money go in their pockets. The guy did not know what to say. Once the get you to buy a car and the money is in their pockets you are treated like waste.

Took my vehicle to the Kia dealership in Henrietta. The rap name Justin was helping me . I told him what's going on with the vehicle. Which was when I press the unlock button to open the vehicle The alarm will come on instead of unlocking, and once it does unlock the vehicle will not start. Had it towed to them and they said it was nothing wrong with it because when they tried it it worked fine. So I go pick up my vehicle and went to work the same thing happened again. Took it back out to them and Justin seen for his self what was happening, and said oh yea it's definitely something wrong. So I had to leave it there and I called there the next morning and they said it was the battery. So spent $370 on a battery . Went to pick vehicle up again and it was working fine for a day in the same thing happened. Take it back out to them and then they saying it's the alternator. So I said it's under warranty. When I called to speak to Justin he was very rude and going to say say I wouldn't have gave you that quote if it was under warranty. So I said well I have extended warranty as well. So he going to say well when you give me their number then I will put it in the claim nasty. So I called him and gave him the warranty number. And I asked him what about getting a loaner and he going to say because my vehicle is not on the Kia warranty anymore I cannot get a loaner. Like seriously you still getting paid. Mind you my vehicle has been in the shop since June 13 and here it is June 19th and I'm still waiting for my vehicle and when I call he's not picking up and go out there after work and he's not there. It would be my last time going to this dealership. If this How a rep talk to people and treat people I will not recommend this place

I had a "VIP Appointment" set up to look at a SUV at 9:15 AM Thursday 6/8. I drove an hour and a half to test drive it and was called by the Sales Manager as I drove into the dealership lot that the car was sold----many days before that. I called the evening before just to make sure the car was there and a salesperson told me it was there. The call center doesn't communicate effectively with the actual dealership it appears and KIa wants them to keep car listing on the website even after they are sold to drive more foot traffic. Never consider them ever again. BTW--- I purchased a $41K Hyundai Tucson at Drivers Village in Syracuse the same day.

Okay, here's a PSA for all my friends in the Rochester NY area..... Do not, under any circumstances, do any business with Bob Johnson Kia/Bob Johnson Auto Group. I had a 9:00 appointment this morning for some routine maintenance and for them to check a few faulty things. I was told it would take about 2 to 3 hours. Okay. Around 11:30 I was told that at noon EVERYONE goes on lunch and would be back at 1:00 and that my car would be ready around 2-2:30. I was surprised when I was offered a loaner (since the last time I had work done there I was told they don't offer that anymore). ?? So. I go home and wait. And wait. And wait. 3:00 I call over there to talk with someone in the Kia department. Had to leave a message. 4:15 comes around and I'm LIVID! I drive back to the dealership and ask wheee the f*** my car is! Clown says, "I said it would be ready by the end of the day". I called him a f****** liar right to his face! I just can't BELIEVE a business has that kind of inept, lying pieces of s*** working for them! So, to sum up..... F*** Bob JohnsonKia/Auto Group. Do yourselves a favor and avoid them like the plague they are.

I have gotten my last 3 cars at Bob Johnson's Kia. The service was excellent. The dealer just had me tell her what kind of car and she found it for me. I was able to text drive it and fell in love. The next day a went in the a down payment and signed my name . It was very easy and stress free.
