That store is a disaster very dirty, and everyone is chilling by the registers and talking nasty jokes, no respect. That store should close no one care, the manager is clueless of what he is doing, I used to go to that store and now is a joke. The aisles are a disaster everything is on the floor no organization whatsoever. I can't beleive the disaster ?. Never again go there. Is sad in this country no one want to work anymore they want money but not to work for it. Sad sad situation.

THIS STORE IS DISGUSTING!
The total disarray, filthiness, floors are disgusting. I have no idea how this store can remain open. Someone needs to call the health department. I will never go back.

Current manager very Nasty individual I went today at noon for an interview for customer service and She then offered for me to be the part time store cleaner and just mop and clean the toilets mind you there is no such position listed on careers page. Yes the the Dollar tree in tops plaza that manager. Very disgusting individual.

Nice store, clean, with a good selection of products. I usually purchase seasonings on Dollar Tree, and this store has all of them. The parking lot is clean and well paved.

I could not believe the mess in there. It looked as though it was looted and they closed their restrooms to the public. I've never seen a place of business in such state.

E. Henrietta location is a very clean store. Had great Halloween decorations. Cashier was very pleasant and helpful.

If I could give it less than a star I would. The bathroom is disgusting !! Someone needs to bleach the floor and give it a makeover !! Since when is one of the bathrooms allotted for Employees only ?? The store is a complete mess !! They should shut down for a day and try to catch up. I travel for my job and I have been in quite a few Dollar Trees, this one is the absolute worst. ??????

Really great compared to most, if not all, Dollar Trees in the area. Excellent selection, room to breathe, and great customer service! I just spent $145 there. The man at the register was so good that I let the manager know.

This store is a bit of a mess. There were buckets placed around the store FULL of water from a leaking ceiling. Aside from that, they had a shockingly good selection of products

The employees are unprofessional. They were not exactly rude towards me but to rant loud that you don’t want to be here isn’t the most professional thing to do on the job! The also looked and acted as if they just rolled out of bed. The line was building up and the one cashier was taking her time walking from the back to the front to check us out. I know it’s not the fanciest store in the world but at least act like you care! Best bet is shopping online or just bite the bullet and go to Five Below!
