No one at counter, we booked through Cheap tickets and were told we could use our debit card to get our car at the counter. In the end we couldn't do it and we were stuck without a car.We ended up renting a car with Enterprise which had AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! No problem with our card and they had us out in 15 min!!

Worst experience ever! I rented a car via app, and arriving there they did not accept my debit card! I had to cancel my reservation and ask refund, they also don't give you options! They should state before that only accept credit card

Due to my credit card being compromised and needing to change over the prepaid reservation to someone else in my group, they double charged me for insurance and tax. The customer service is some of the worst I have ever seen. They scammed over $131 from me and their customer support is so non-existent that there seems to be no way to get it back, pick any other company, the lower cost they show upfront is a trap to suck out your money some other way.

My experience was amazing. I was nervouse because of the bad reviews but dollar car rental didnt disappoint. I arrived to the rental booth and there was no one at dollar but sign said just to go a few booths down which is not a problem for me. There was no line. They didnt have the car I rented upfront ready and available(I would have only had to wait 5-10 mins for them to get it at there other parking lot) BUT they ended up giving me a camaro instead for no upgrade charge. Best car rental experience ever!

This place is a joke.Acruel joke at that. We went to get our prepaid rental only to experience a slow line and only one agent at the counter and she had a difficult time speaking. Did not receive the correct paperwork from her. She just handed me a key and said it was across the street. When we returned the car, had the same agent whom was excruciatingly slow and not very competent. So we returned the car and asked for a receipt to no avail. She apparently did not know how to print one. The couple behind us attempted to get their car and wound up losing it and began screaming at this agent. I finally just left because I had to catch my flight.

Not thrilled that the cost that it said online was not the price that I ended up paying. The vehicle that I got was very nice.

Terrible experience. You have to go to hertz as there is no staff. Then hertz only has one person who is very slow, so the line takes longer than an hour. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Prepaid reservation, and no one is at the desk. There is a sign that says to go to Hertz where the line is already wrapped around the baggage claim. We want our car we paid for and been waiting way to long.

We actually had a good experience with this rental when we were in Rochester between May 26 and June 5. We requested the economy car for a week through Expedia, came to the airport at the set time, got the car that we expected in a good condition, tank full. We got a limited liability waiver and got a gas option. Since we stayed within the city, we didn't need to get the EZ pass. Both agents who helped us to check in and check out the car were nice. And we didn't have any extra charges on our credit cards after the end of our trip. Tbh we almost canceled the reservation after reading the reviews, but luckily we didn't experience any issues.

Pre paid for a rental through Dollar out of Rochester Airport. They don't even have dollar representatives at the dollar counter. Instead I has to go through the Hertz counter with a ridiculously long line. Had to wait over 2 hours to get my rental after a full day of flying. Won't be using either of those rental companies again.

I rented through a third-party app. I didn't realize they are a part of Hertz. I prepaid for a full size car and got a compact! And had to wait 20 minutes for them to even give me a car! I returned the car and told them about getting the wrong car and all they could do is give me a $75 credit! And when I got home I noticed they charged me for mileage!

WORST. RENTAL. EVER!!!They said they were going to give me a Nissan, they gave me a jeep that was falling apart. It felt like the transmission was going to go at any moment. I returned the car and this company won’t stop harassing me. They said I didn’t return the car. THE CAR IS AT THE AIRPORT!!!! LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!! I DONT HAVE YOUR CAR
