I brought my shitzu Oreo for his first visit with Maureen. She handled him well and she did a great job cutting and grooming him. Her prices are fair.

This woman was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the way she talks to her clients and abruptly hangs up on them to her nasty attitude. The whole place stinks of urine because the carpet has likely never been cleaned. She has her own pets in the sitting room throughout the day and they are VERY aggressive to dogs that they don't like. She was/is super hostile to mask mandates and in addition to her establishment not complying with them, she would be critical and mocking towards customers who came in wearing masks. If that's not enough, your dog with come out with a patchy haircut.

As I entered her establishment I did not hear her say to not stand by the front door she angrily approach me yelling and screaming calling me names yelling at me telling me that she told me not to stand by the door with a temperament like this I would not trust my pet to her anymore and I advise anyone who send their pets there to not trust her as well her facility is dirty and she has multiple pets and is working on all of them at the same time! As a person of color I felt attacked I felt her behavior exhibited a racist tone. Not to mention during this time I had my eight year old daughter standing there right next to me who was also frightened!

BLEEDING DOG - She cut my Schnauzer's nose and ear and had the nerve to blame our dog. She tried to conceal cutting the ear but our dog is in pain and kept complaining about the pain from the ear. Currently trying to figure out where to report this "professional". There needs to be some type of oversight committee for people like her. She's not a dog groomer, she's a butcher. This woman is also incredibly rude and disrespectful to her paying customers. The entire office smells like urine, it's disgusting.

My Shih Poo isn't fond of people or other dogs but absolutely loves Maureen. The care and service provided are always great & my Coco looks wonderful☺❤

Maureen has the best prices in town and upmost love for animals. She's an awesome person and excellent groomer. My terrier and Pom always turn out perfect. Her no b.s. personality is refreshing. Don't expect a spa atmosphere, but she'll treat your fur babies like her own.

Maureen hooked my baby up! I was referred here by a neighbor and was very apprehensive about bringing my puppy in after reading the other reviews. But PetSmart and petco were booked out for 3 weeks so I decided to trust my neighbor's judgement. Is Maureen sassy? Yes and I can understand how she came off rude to other reviewers. She was funny to me. Is the place messy? Yes, very much so but in a disorganized way, not in a dirty way. There are plants everywhere, a fish aquarium, and the waiting area carpet absorbed the smell of every dog that has ever graced its threads. After I made my appointment by phone and showed up, she instructed me to walk my dog in the field behind burger king to avoid accidents. When I brought him back, we discussed styling options and she gave a time frame of when to pick him up with closing time being the latest. Then I left. She had four other dogs in a play area that's between the waiting room and her grooming area. She told me two of those dogs were hers and they like to quietly hang out all day while she works. When I returned, my baby was styled exactly as we discussed. Not only did he look like he'd shed 40 lbs of fur, he had the cutest afro on his head, a mustache, and pom poms at the end of his tail. His inner ears were plucked bare, he smelled amazing and felt so soft. She gave me tips on poodle care, too, and came out to be $30 cheaper than PetSmart grooming. 10/10 would return.
