DIAMOND SHIELD CAME TO MY LOCATION IN CLEVELAND AND BORIS WHO WAS THE INSTALLER STAYED TILL EVENING AND DID A VERY NICE JOB, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AS HE WAS WORKING ON MY COACH. MADE THE FRONT OF MY TEN YEAR OLD COACH LOOK LIKE NEW. VERY PLEASED. DREW

2003 36' Country Coach Allure I've owned since 2017. Original 3M film had begun to show signs of significant cracking. It was time to remove and replace or just remove it. After much back and forth, I finally decided to just remove the old film and not replace with a new one. The decision was based primarily on the advice from Premier RV in Junction City OR.Initially contacted Ugly Shield in Fort Myers Fl. for the removal but chose to go with Diamond Shield Co. because their technician performs the job at your location. This saved me considerable time and money.My on-site technician was Alex Z. He arrived on time both of the two days required and was hard working, consistent and professional all the way. It was obvious he had a lot of experience and knew his stuff! Very nice workmanship! The big risk during the removal process is damaging the clear coat and paint. With the exception of only one very minor scrape, Alex's work was excellent! I would highly recommend these guys.

Had a great experience working with diamond shield, easy to talk with and express what I wanted. They understood and coordinated with our RV Manufacturer to get the job done. Half the challenge is getting a return call. They were great about responding! Certainly recomend Diamond shield and "Yuri"...Thanks again.

Outstanding service, good luck in finding a better place or service.After contacting the home office, describing my issue regarding the shield bubbling in a couple areas on the front of my motorhome, they simply requested a picture showing problem areas. I sent four pictures and within 24 hours I received the response, it would be covered under warranty. A local repair shop was not available however, a technician would be passing through my area in a few weeks and would reach out prior too. Not being a critical issue I had time to wait. A technician contacted me a week before he was traveling through my area and schedule the date for repairs. The tech (Eric) out of California checked in the day prior to confirm the next days appointment and time he would arrive. Surprisingly he was right on time, 06:00 am. In less than two hours all repairs were completed, looks like new and he was on his way.I can’t praise enough how accommodating Diamond Shield was and the professional work by Eric.Thank you, Jay

I had Diamond Shield installed on my RV when I bought it 8 years ago and couldn't be more satisfied. I've only had one minor issue and it was taken care of in the most friendly (thanks Brett!) and expeditious manner (thanks Erik!). I highly recommend Diamond Shield!

I just had the whole front Diamond Shield protective film replaced on our 2016 Newmar Dutch star. The installer out here in Southern California Erik did an incredible job and I am super happy with his work and the product?

This was the best experience in a long line of RV repairs and updates for our Class A. We were devastated about the damage to the front end but learned it was just the old film and they sent a technician to us (Alex) and he’s the best!! Two days later she looks like new!! I can’t say enough about Diamond Shield and the wonderful staff! Customer service is back!!

We just had the Diamond Shield product replaced with their new product on our 2007 Newmar. The motorhome came new from the factory with Diamond Shield, so it was 15 years old. There were numerous nicks etc. on the Diamond Shield, but the paint was still perfect when the old film was removed. Eric, from California Clear Bra, did the removal and the new installation, and he and his employee did a great job, and were very accommodating with our schedule. More importantly, Eric is good people, and we received the best customer service from Diamond Shield itself. We were considering a bra instead of re-installing the Diamond Shield - we went with installing the Diamond Shield, and it looks great. We highly recommend Diamond Shield for these many reasons.

First let me start off with Diamond Shield as a company. They have always taking care of me and my needs. The first time the film was replaced it was changed at no charge to me or inconvenience because we were traveling at the time and the tech came to the campground to remove and replace the film. The film had to be replaced due to me failing to perform maintenance on the film, but I had no paperwork in my package from the factory on how to take care of the product.This time the film under my windshield cracked where the defroster vents are and then developed check cracks on the hood. Diamond shield offered to send me the film at no charge due to it was a different product, so I purchased the rest of the kit so everything would be the same.I would like to add that your product works, my coach had a large rock hit the the mid-right hand front that cut the Diamond Shield and put a 1/4” chip in the gel coat. I can say that if I would not have had the Diamond Shield I would have had major fiberglass work to repair the damage.TechsThe first time the tech met us at the campground removed and replaced the film and the job was great. He gave me advice and a care sheet on how to take care of the product.The second time 11 years later Jared (tech) came to my home the remove and replace the film. He preformed an excellent job, he was very precise in the removal ensuring he did not damage the paint and pointed out some check cracking in the gel coat. He pays attention to details when he installed the new film taking his time trimming, making sure everything was covered and neat. He made my 2008 coach look brand new again.

Best in the business at what they do. Always friendly on the phone and very easy to deal with. Diamond Shield is my only go to for paint protection film.
