I ordered two items from Bulgaria and paid the extra $60 for express delivery because I need the items for a timed event. My package is late. Watching tracking my package arrived in Rochester, NY Monroe County Hub on time on the 20th, then on the same day it got sent to Dallas, TX. My package came back to Monroe county on the 11/21. Then when I checked again, the next day it was all the way in Mexico, this was of yesterday. This morning when I checked it was in Ohio. I just don’t understand, The deliver system of this company. This is the last time I’m ordering from any company that uses DHL. I’m completely afraid.

10/10/23 At 10:41am your company delivery truck was speeding from Dewey ave to Lake ave on Merrill Street. He was flying over all the speed bumps so hard the undercarriage of truck shakes. 55mph is too fast.

Delivered my package to the wrong address and the person they delivered it to forged my signature. This happened in April 2023 and since then they haven’t gave my money back. I went to the office by the airport to ask for my package it took them two weeks to go to the wrong addresses and ask for my package and of course the person said they didn’t take it.

I ordered a package paid 70 dollars for express shipping and two days in a row the delivery driver drove past my house he didn’t even attempt to deliver the item

Wish there was an option for zero stars.My package is out in my area and there was apparently an attempt of delivery when there actually wasn't bc my property manager has been waiting for DHL to deliver my package. I had asked him to bc we always have issues with DHL.When I contacted customer service I suggested I'd meet the driver on their route and get my package or have them make a re attempt of delivery at the end of their route and I know it's possible. I have a friend that has worked for a similar delivery service. Customer service is saying nothing can be done till tomorrow. That isn't helpful if I had paid for express shipping on this item to have it before I left for my trip tomorrow. I will never order from a company that ships with DHL. They also made it sound like I was lying when I said no one came. Excuse me. There are security cameras. There are UPS USPS deliveries that were made but no one came from DHL.

Believe the one star reviews. I ordered a custom made rug from India and it was delivered at and signed for by a neighbor, who has issues and decided to keep it. She unpacked it and threw away all the shipping and cleaning info. A few days later her husband returned it in a garbage bag dirty. This is not the first time. They leave packages anywhere they choose. And if I try to fix this I have to contact the seller in Delhi. I did contact DHL and they woudn't help me locate the driver who is doing this.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid for expedited shipping to have my package by June 15th, as of today June 17th it has not been delivered. This item is needed for an event tonight, so I call the number to see if it would be delivered on time. The first person I spoke with advised me they could not guarantee I’d have the package by the time I needed it but could drive to pick it up from the Rochester service area. Rochester is 1.5 hours- 60 miles east of my home. I decide to change my order to a pick up rather than delivery. After about 20 minutes I called back because my daughter was going to drive to pick up the package and I wanted to see if there was anything she would need being that everything is in my name. The second person I spoke with advised me she’d need a copy of my ID and the tracking number and that it would be set for pickup today. My daughter drives to the facility where she is advised our package is now in Utica. Mind you Utica is 2 hours the opposite direction from our house. They ask her if she’d like to drive there to get it. My tracking for the package states it is still in Rochester. So I call customer service- the automated calling system ends my call 3 times when it is supposed to be transferring me to a representative. Finally on my fourth attempt I get a person. She informs me that my package is now halfway between Rochester and Utica and that she’s really sorry about this confusion and we could drive ourselves to Utica to pick up our items. At this point I am livid. I explain that I have not only paid extra for expedited shipping, my daughter drove to a facility where two workers advised me it would be waiting, and now I am expected to drive to another facility to try and get this item. I’m not sure who they believe is supposed to be doing the delivering but last I checked it wasn’t us. She also explained “if I hadn’t set up the pick up service it would have been delivered today”. To which I replied the first customer service representative advised me they couldn’t guarantee it be delivered by the time the event started that we needed this for, which is why we chose to drive to get it. Needless to say after paying extra, driving 60 miles, 6 phone calls, and basically being told it’s our fault we will not be receiving our package.

Drivers of vehicles go 50 mph in 30 mph streets in Tonawanda , NY line just witnessed.Insane. Complete disregard for the rule of law on neighborhood streets w children playing & people riding bikes. Obviously no governors on their vehicles

Customer service here is in short supply. Routinely, express packages are left undelivered, forcing the recipient to drive to the airport to see if they can locate the parcel for retrieval.
