Bob and his team are absolutely marvelous. They will answer any question you have and help you find exactly what you're​ looking for. They have an incredible selection of furnishings and decor that is always rotating out.

Unbelievably poor customer service. Owners are extremely arrogant and act like they could care less about your business. The products are at least two or three times more expensive than you can find at other stores or online retailers. Several of their brands including comfort design can be found online for less than 50% of what they are charging. Even when asked to match a price or even come close they refused. Stores like Carolina rustica or other online retailers blow their pricing out of the water. No reason to support a local business like this when they blatantly are gouging unknowing customers and are pompous on top of it. To many other choices.

I did not have a good experience at the store, and treated poorly even after purchasing furniture and other items. The customer service is terrible and their prices are inflated.

If you are wanting a upscale fabulous look, Designers Library is the place for you. The staff is great to work with and the showroom is absolutely stunning!
