Think that maybe you could employee people who were a little less rude? I get a car wash isn’t an ideal
Job all the time but jeez. The rudeness from the kid as I just went through was pretty intense.

Pretty poor job interior cleaning, dust and dirt let on dash, center console. Areas on the sides of seats not vacuumed.
Reply: I wasn’t aware of the satisfaction guarantee policy. The guy who gave us the keys, said to let him know if we need anything. But there was just so much wrong with the “interior cleaning”, I felt like it was pointless to explain and expect better. Dust on dash, dust and shredded leaves. This is a first time I had a bad experience at this location.

Stick to car washes, your detailing service leaves much to be desired. Even the simple $40 service is not worth it. It’s too fast and the team misses the basics. I spent 10 minutes when I got home doing my own detailing. You are better off going to an independent business for a REAL care detail experience. See for washes once in a while, but that is it.

If I could give zero stars I would smh
So me and my husband purchased car wash and interior clean
So they came out to get our vehicle asked what the main focused would be we explained the rugs and windows because our dog licks the windows in the back they told us it will take 30min
So we go inside to wait through the window you can see the kids cleaning our car did not want to be there they were rolling their eyes barely inside the car and wiping the rag around wasting time once car was pulled out it was less then 30 min
We walk over to get the car from the young man and we get in to leave
Let’s start off with the car did not smell cleaned no new car smell as asked
I look down at cup holders and was never wiped coffee drops still all over cup hold look inside and crumbs still inside the cup holders still
Dust still all over the car as if it was never wiped
Inside mirror never cleaned
Rugs still have dog air on them
Seats never wiped
And as I was asked what was the main focus and we told them back windows OMG my back windows were worse then when we got there
Just unbelievable!!!!!! I spend just on the cleaning 39$
I requested a manager and she was vary nice and gave us a refund without us even asking
This morning me and my husband cleaned our own car and the stuff we were still finding not even wiped is out of control and not to mention the air freshener they asked us what kind we wanted we found under the books in our car never even open
After we went through the car wash we just left with our drying the car because we refused to even spend not another penny at that place
We will never ever return that that delta Sonic and definitely don’t recommend anyone waste not even a penny there
Not to mention I got a Fountain drink well waiting and I purchase starty which is like a sprite and it tasted just like Dr Pepper
Literally at a lost for words with that place
We DONT RECOMMEND to anyone!!!!!!! I wish I took pictures

Have been going to Delta Sonic for decades. Lately the wash at the Penfield location isn't cleaning lower half of door and rockers adequately. Looking at alternatives as this is unacceptable. No issues with East Main or Henrietta.

I had them detail my 10 year old car that has been used by the men in my family, dogs, kids, with food and mud! What an outstanding job they did. It looks like it did when I bought it brand new. ?

I went to the car wash today being from out of town. This is the only one that is close to me. As the young lady at the booth started to explain the various types of car washes It was a little overwhelming understanding what she was saying and I said to her that was a mouthful. She walked back into the booth and stated “this is ridiculous” in a very loud tone to her coworker and came out and just handed me the book! What awful customer service!! I was so angry I threw the book back at her and begin to drive away. I noticed I couldn’t get out, so I backed up apologize to her for throwing, told her it was very rude what she said and ask for the regular car wash. I then spoke to the manager that was there however, I don’t think he’s going to speak to the employee. Too bad because it’s a very nice car wash but with that kind of customer service, I would never return!!
