Bruce is so great. Always listens and talks thru the problem. He saved me on Christmas eve eve when my car broke down on the way to Ohio and I needed new spark plugs! Highly recommend!!

Probably the best auto shop in Rochester. Reasonable, honest guys who will fit you in for a service and keeps in good contact with you. They fixed a sun roof that wouldn’t close and really troubleshooted the problem in spite of not encountering it before. They will update your car inspection in a timely manner and do not go searching for non-problems. If they recommend something needs a fix it definitely needed a fix.

Love these guys! I've been going to them for 10+ years and can not imagine going to anyone else. You will not find kinder, fairer, honest mechanics than these guys. They do great work, in a reasonable time, for a fair price. They take away any anxiety i use to have about bringing my car in to the mechanic. Thanks Dave and Bruce for being so great!

They should have a McDonald's in there because, "I'm loving it". Dave and Bruce are great, professionals and HONEST! In caps because it's rare to get these days. I am going to make sure they are highly praised for the services they performed on my '07 Saturn Aura.
