The pharmacy manager Lindsay was rude, cold and had no compassion for a sick patient. I had to beg her to fill a medication they had known about for 3 days. Then- when I asked her to fill it I was told it might be a 2 day wait. I believe she was in judgement of me due to the type of medication, and had zero compassion. I was treated like garbage. Never ever use this pharmacy- because the manager of the pharmacy there is a completely disrespectful person without customer service skills. I had to beg for my medication. then it was as if she was doing me a favor. it's a disgrace.

Stopped into this CVS Wednesday night for my Covid booster as the one I normally use (12 Corner's) is not administering this booster. Easy in and out off E. Henrietta, store is large, bright and seemed clean. Vaccine process was easy, minimal wait and painless, thank you health care worker :) lol On the way out grabbed some holiday candy, overpriced but expected, definitely an ok location to use if you need health, beauty supplies, or pharmacy, thanks for the vaccine.

Went in to go pick up my photos from this location. When I arrived no one was standing at the front of the store to greet me so I went to the photo pick up section where this girl was standing behind the counter on her phone. I asked if she was working the photo counter and if she could help me in which she replied “IM ON MY BREAK!!” and grabbed her lunch and went in the back. Well if you’re on your break shouldn’t you be in the break room? Not behind the counter like you’re able to help people. Was appalled by the customer service I received and will not be returning.

CVS is Sucks I called in for my daughter prescription today and pick up and when home and they fill the Wrong prescription now she blamed me oh you called in for this one I show her the empty bottle have the RX# but she still won't admit need to do business with small pharmacy for sure.They charge my insurance 117.00 dollar for medicine I didn't ask for it very Rude some of the employee ?

This store is dirty and disorganized. Shopping or picking up prescriptions is always a stressful experience. Just go to the Walgreens across the street and thank me later.

The pharmacist at this CVS is extremely rude, dismissive and should NOT have a public-facing job. I asked her questions to get clarification on an issue I’ve been having for two months there (they were not filling my prescriptions with the correct quantity). She seemed visibly annoyed by my presence. Each question I asked she tried to give one word answers to and it was like pulling teeth to actually get a genuine and appropriate answer out of her. She did not even stop what she was doing on her computer, let alone look at me, during our entire conversation. I tried explaining the situation and she was extremely dismissive and gave me the impression I was in inconvenience. I will be returning to Wegmans for my prescriptions ASAP. I had more questions, but I left without asking them as I could clearly tell my presence bothered her. I will not be returning.

Was trying to pick up my medications, their computer was having an error, so I called my insurance and returned. Told the pharmacy what the insurance company told me and was asked to leave because I was "taking too much time and there was a line" and they neglected to help me. They said that no one behind the desk was able to help because they were all "too busy". Meanwhile the entire time they're making jokes and laughing behind the counter while two people are in line behind me. I was willing to wait after they were taken care of but was rudely dismissed.

Call in for for some items from the pharmacy on 11/12/22 at 5 p.m. They did not have them ready for pickup as scheduled. They asked me to come back. I canceled the order and got the stuff in 10 minutes from Wegmans.
