Hilariously bad customer service. Every employee I spoke to started the conversation with an eye roll, and a big sigh. Either that, or they just straight up tried to ignore me. Normally it's 1 or 2 bad eggs but everyone that works at this location, the pharmacy especially will go out of there way to act like you don't exist. This most recent bad experience was on 4/3/2024. I won't be visiting CVS anymore.

Will be switching pharmacies. Called in my Rx on Thursday of last week and it was never filled. When I came into the store to manually refill it I was told to come back in about 15 min and it would be ready. Came back and was told “someone” switch the pickup time to 1pm and it’s still not ready. Just pure incompetence at this location it seems.

This is by far the most horrific pharmacy I have ever been to. The staff is incompetent, impatient and just flat out rude. I understand they are short staffed and under stress which is why I've been patient with their unprofessional customer service but it has become way too consistent and each time I need to refill a prescription it has become worse and worse. This evenings visit was the final straw. I will not be using CVS anymore to refill prescriptions.

CVS is a great store. I always get a fair price and usually coupons or extra bucks as well. Store associates are always very pleasant and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My 3 year old son was to be prescribed 200mg of Amoxicillan for an ear infection- we were told to give it to him twice a day for 10 days. We ran out before the last dose. I had to call the doctor and have them order more, and when I went to pick it up through the drive-thru, the woman working paid no attention to me and was too busy talking and laughing with her co-worker, not even acknowledging my presence. Finally when she asked for the name she said the cost, and I mentioned how I don't feel I should have to pay for it because they didn't give us enough to complete his needed dosage. The woman rolled her eyes, went and talked to someone (clearly just annoyed with me even though I had a valid concern), came back and stated "You were given 200 mg so you did get enough". I told her again, both bottles are empty so no we did not get enough, she went and talked to the same person and came back and said "I don't know how much you gave your son but we gave you enough". At this point I was just pissed she refused to even listen to me and didn't want to hold up the line, so I just paid the $6.72. I am so fed up with this pharmacy- the staff is incompetent and rude (not my first time dealing with them). I will not be picking up my medication there moving forward.

This morning, I pulled up to the CVS drive-through. I tried to explain to Nicole that I have two prescriptions, one for myself and one for my son, but she cut me off to gather my information first. She was snobbish and arrogant, and they messed up by just having my medicine ready and not my sons, and they couldn't check the insurance, which is covered by my coverage. I will not return to this location and will instead shop at Walgreens. I'm voting with my dollar. 10/12/2023 Transaction # 4558

I had a terrible experience at the CVS on Spencerport Road interacting with specifically Josie, the supervisor, or whoever she is I don’t know if she’s a regular employee or if she’s a manager or supervisor, but she was absolutely disgusting to work with at the cashier , her attitude, the disgusting remarks, especially to a customer that comes in shop at the store non stop I am disgusted with her behavior. Josie proceeded to get an attitude because she was upset because I said everytime I come in here from a different employee there’s a different response when attempting to scan the OTC coupon for pull ups and you guys should train your employees so everyone knows. Josie then got offended and stated over 5x “I didn’t know yea I didn’t know” and then proceeded to tell me that I have an attitude and theirs no need to get a attitude or be offended” I don’t care that you didn’t know , just say okay and keep it moving. If I didn’t have much sense I would have reached over that counter but thank god I do. As a worker that works for a large brand you should NEVER sit and say “I” because it’s not you , you represent the company, end of story. Then she proceeded to argue and assume that I had an attitude which then as a black woman I got offended because your mad because I said something. Taylor an employee there also had something to say as far as “I didn’t know” but she fixed the issue if you left it up to Josie she didn’t know what to do or how to do it. Train your employees better. I will never recommend this cvs this is the 3rd incident I’ve had with this store.

I asked a worker where the hydrogen peroxide was and she had no idea what that was. I looked around and the shelf for the hydrogen peroxide was empty. 2 stars because they are open 24 hours.

CVS on Spencer road is convient for my prescription needs as well as holiday cards. The hours are sufficient for my schedule
