Dan the pharmacist is very kind and patient and works with a great team of techs. And I can feel his empathy when my insurance decides to go south. He cares about each patient and really tries to give everyone what they need to the best of his ability. Thank you Dan and team! (There’s also a very nice woman pharmacist but I don’t get to see her as much . This appreciation is just as much for her as the rest. She’s really patient and kind as well.)

I have been using this pharmacy since 2018. I have never been happier. I have since moved to the other side of the city and will not change pharmacies. Dan and Jeanine go above and beyond all the time, they solve many issues and make my pharmacy visits, easy and quick. They know me by name and make me feel at home, if I could give them 10 stars I would.

What a horrible, dirty, dreary and dismal store! Clean the windows and doors! Replace the disgusting floors! Empty the garbage outside your door! Shame, shame, shame

I went in the store this evening and the woman at the register was so INCREDIBLY rude. Absolutely no customer service and I was returning two items. And she made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I had my receipt and had paid with a debit card and asked for cash back and didn’t want store credit. My husband had just passed away and the card I had used was frozen. And if it’s pin verified that is the same as cash. And the other item she would not return cause she said my receipt was two days to old. She was just so rude and condescending to me and made me want to never go to that location again. She had blonde hair and it was a short stacked inverted Bob. I left that store and went to the Monroe ave one and without question they were so sweet as always and took care of me with a smile. Never going back to the cvs on park. And cvs has been my store my whole adult life and I’m 51. And I’m also a card care member. Very disappointed

I can not believe you illegally cut down that beautiful 100 year old pink petal tree in front of your store. That tree had more pictures taken of it than any other on this street. I hope the city makes you put one just like it back.

Pray that you enter the pharmacy on A day Janine is not working, an absolute miserable wretch of a human being that will spew vitriol at you for asking even the most simplest of questions. Needs a long (preferably permanent) vacation or a better reason to live. Go literally anywhere else for your pharmaceutical needs.

The store is usually not overly busy and the pharmacy is friendly. Went in for a flu shot, the pharmacist was unaware the online app did not allow their location. They have plenty of Flu Shots in stock but are (as of 09/18) out of Covid booster.

The pharmacists are absolutely terrific, great pharmacy staff. They always try to accommodate you for shots, even when you walk in. Highly recommend.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize a gentleman by the name of Ezra at the Park Ave store for his exceptional customer service. It was a pleasure shopping there and I will be back for all my local needs.
