I dropped in to CrossFit Park Ave and immediately felt at home. Can’t say enough how nice it is for a box to have such a welcoming atmosphere. RJ was an excellent coach and the facility was great. Highly recommend!

Dropped in for open gym while on a trip. Coaching was friendly and accommodating. Gym was very accessible with open hours throughout the day.

Was in Rochester for a week and had to get in some crossfit works outs. I dropped in for the week and it was perfect! The friendliest staff and community. Thank you Kaley and Tyler!
