I had the most amazing experience at this cricket today speaking with the manager Tim. I can't tell you how long I have been dealing with this issue on my phone and he fixed it in minutes. He is a stellar employee And I had a great experience with me this guy was amazing words can't even describe how impressed I am by this man. He needs to recognized and rewarded for all that he does he is so good with customers and I have never in my life been treated with such good customer service. I hope you fo recognize him as an employee and make him an owner of one of your locations. He truly deserves it and because of tim I am a forever cricket customer!!!

Absolutely love this place. Say what you want about cricket but this location is the absolute best. Tim, the only one I would ever go to, knows what he's doing and will take care of you. If he can't help you then it can't be done. I've never seen someone who works for a phone company care so much.

Louis was very helpful and nice! He helped me switch over from TracFone to Cricket! He gave me a good deal on a new phone and plan! Before I went to Cricket I checked out T-Mobile and the gentleman there was very rude to me! AT&T was way overpriced! So cricket was the best choice for me!
