terrible customer service. I don’t know if she just didn’t like children or what. But I will not be going back to this location. And I had a wonderful experience at A&A afterwards. Working mothers have to shop too. I have been shopping with Cosmo Prof for years and have never had an issue with my kids in the store. But this location in particular, Has a serious attitude problem. I think these women are ready to retire.

Some staffing seems to have an issue with their attitude and how they handle customer service. Was repeatedly denied a purchase even with valid licensing and greeted with absolute disrespect.It did not matter the number of times and methods used to prove I am licensed by state. Seems to me like it was an issue with my appearance, being heavily tattooed and "different".On most occasions the staffing seems to be super pleasant. But I sure won't forget how absolutely rude and unpleasant this woman was today.
