We recently worked with Jenna to help choose and order my fiancés wedding band, and she was absolutely amazing! Jenna was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and made this experience for us so enjoyable. We ended up having a few other questions/needs about other pieces of jewelry and she was incredibly helpful. We will definitely be going back to Jenna and Cornell’s for all jewelry related needs in the future.

I will be a customer of Cornell’s for life purely because of the service I received from their manager, Jameson. I was a real jerk to him. I was convinced that I prepaid for a repair that I had not. Jameson went above and beyond to see if I had paid. He pulled video, documents, everything, and he returned my calls, even after I left jerky messages for him. When we finally connected and I looked at the receipt I received when I dropped off my watch, I was mortified. Cornell’s did repair my watch for no charge. I hadn’t prepaid, I pulled out my cc out to prepay, but it wasn’t charged. I was such a jerk to Jameson and,he remained professional, courteous, and kind to me. I will be a loyal customer because of how he treated me. My watch runs beautifully. Jameson is amazing. I would recommend Cornell’s for all your jewelry purchases and repairs!

Returning to Cornell’s and working with Jennifer B. was the amazing experience it always is. Jennifer helped me design a stunning custom necklace for a gift. She also helped with the purchase of a timepiece for my son for his upcoming wedding. I live out of town but I will always come back to Cornell’s.

I love Cornell’s Jewelers snd especially Jennifer Bleecker the best sales associate ever. She’s been my go-to girl for over 13 years! She’s a great listener and never pressures you to buy anything. She has excellent advice and is always honest. Stop in and see her you won’t be disappointed! Every staff member is uber friendly even if you’re there just to browse!
