EXCITING, FULL OF VARIETY, & GREAT EMPLOYEES??☺️: College Town Rochester is an amazing asset for our area! ????✅ Not only do we have a top 50 American university in the University of Rochester, but we also have an exciting and safe shopping district nearby! ??? I'm constantly in this area for Doordash, and people love shopping Insomnia Cookies, Chipotle, & Tim Hortons!??☕ The crown jewel of the area is a beautiful Barnes and Noble! ??? Need medical care? Every doctor and specialist known to man is available within a mile radius! ??? Rochester used to be one of the Top 5 largest cities in America, and it's on its way back, mark my words!!!???

Plenty of parking, easy access, and inside store/office very organized, plenty of seating and very clean. Receptionist(s) were both very friendly, and helpful!

Beautiful! Do not feel safe in the parking lot where the University of Rochester is located. There's no visible security and vagrants approach people ?

There are a lot of great restaurants, store fronts, and even Dr.s offices, the biggest problem with this whole are is the parking is terrible.

Parking enforcement will ticket you immediately after you park in the lots so it's not truly "free" parking. Businesses are random with a few worth it spots like tai chi & insomnia cookies.
