There is always something broken at this location. I’ve never came here and had something working. I’m talking about the vacuum and shampoo. It’s horrible it just takes your money and screws you.

Wish I could give 0 stars. The vacuums barely had any suction and they made my car smell weird. Never again.

I must stop going here. You pay for the top wash, and the actual wash is no different to the basic. The 'rinse' only covers one side of the car. I'll travel further in the future to avoid this spot.
And please don't bother giving me the standard "please contact our customer service so we can better serve you". It's all pure window dressing.
But, yup, they replied and said..."please contact us so we can better serve you"!

I went through the touch free laserwash! It did a fairly good job, but my car still came out dirty and there was still bird poo on it! Next time, I'll try the soft touch wash!

The car wash stopped partially through (stopped at the color polish coat), attempted to call the help line and was disconnected multiple times while ringing. Googled classy chassy car wash and got through to someone who owned the other franchises, they provided me with a number to reach the actual owner company. Got through to out of country customer service that provided a free car wash code that doesn't work at this location. Avoid this location at all costs.

Met the owner this morning- excellent customer service. Clean grounds. And we'll kept equipment and facility with fair pricing and easy access and parking. Looking forward to coming back to keep my vehicles clean.

I will preface this by saying that apparently this location is now owned by Splash Car Wash in Connecticut. I went through the car wash to remove bird poop, and when I came out the bird poop was still on the car. It didn't look like it had budged at all. On top of that, the car had dusty water marks all over it, like when it rains on a dirty car. I called customer service and they gave me a code to go back through the wash. Same results the second time. I was told to call back if that was the case in order to get a refund, which I did. I waited on hold until they disconnected the call. Their phone lines close at 7. *sigh* I will try again in the morning.

Update: a VERY kind gentleman/manager (Ray V) called me after my review and got me my refund and also apologized for the problems I had at the car wash. He mentioned that the carwash recently came under the Splash ownership and changes are being made with regard to the maintenance and upkeep of the bays, etc.. I believe him and will definitely give them another try in the future.

Many moons ago this place was a great place to grab a quick and efficient wash! Now everything is broken and if it something doesn't have an out of order sign posted 95% chance whatever you just paid for won't work at all or it'll work but not the correct way. Instead of washing solution it's water that come out. Given it many chances and today was my last. Saw lots of pissed off customers who I'm sure feel the same. Shouldn't be open for business when nothing works.

Customer service is always good. Lasercar wash is the only thing that works. The self service and soft touch never seen to work and always have an issue. Does an ok job. Higher rating od the self service and soft touch didn't have so many issues.
