Went to drive thru to make a loan payment. I asked if they could please print my remaining balance on my receipt which I always do. This particular Citizens branch is the only branch that I have ever been asked to show picture ID if I want my balance printed on my receipt! This is a LOAN! Not a deposit account! No other branch ever asks for ID! The employee just wanted to be difficult as do many people today who thrive on making people unhappy and angry. Furthermore this us actually the second time at this branch that I have had a problem with miserable employees. Avoid this Citizens branch! I was concerned about sending my ID through the drive thru chute in case it might get jammed in the tunnel- a logical concern. Employee didn't care in the least!
