This branch intentionally leaves your accounts open after you go in and formally close them so they can collect overdraft fees on a "closed" account if something gets charged to it in error or your service fees take it below zero, then they refuse to admit it was their fault and force you to correct the "overdraft."This happened on two of my accounts with them, one that was left open for months after I closed it, one for years despite disconnecting all automatic payments and going in person to close the account.Absolutely terrible customer service that is not honest about your account being closed when you ask them to close it. Don't bank here.

The new branch manager Nick has completely changed my opinion of this specific location. Since Nicks arrival, there has been a notable change in the staff’s customer service and believe that is a direct result of Nick’s leadership.

Went to drive thru to make a loan payment. I asked if they could please print my remaining balance on my receipt which I always do. This particular Citizens branch is the only branch that I have ever been asked to show picture ID if I want my balance printed on my receipt! This is a LOAN! Not a deposit account! No other branch ever asks for ID! The employee just wanted to be difficult as do many people today who thrive on making people unhappy and angry. Furthermore this us actually the second time at this branch that I have had a problem with miserable employees. Avoid this Citizens branch! I was concerned about sending my ID through the drive thru chute in case it might get jammed in the tunnel- a logical concern. Employee didn't care in the least!

There are at least huge 40 spiders on and around the drive-thru atm. It would take about 10 minutes to go out there with bug spray and to take down the webs. It is absolutely disgusting and I cant believe managment let it get this bad.

This branch has never been anything but incredible! I have never had any issues stopping in and speaking with a teller or banker and quickly taking care of any questions, concerns or transactions. 5/5. Have recommended to multiple friends and family!
