This bank has no value for you or your time; I needed a document notarized so I called them to confirm they had a notary available and that they would be available while I drove over. They assured me a notary would be there until end of day at 4PM. This was at about 230PM. I drove over to the location, got there at 2:35PM, advised I was there for the notary and was told to sit in the lobby and wait and they would be right with me. The person in the side office, who I was left to assume was the notary, took two people ahead of me(which, they were there ahead of me, that's normal and fine), but it wasn't until they came out the third time for me that they finally decide to tell me that they did not have a Notary at the location as the person that did it for them was "on lunch". This was at 3:05PM. For a bank that closes at 4PM. This was never disclosed over the phone when I called, and again not mentioned when I came in. Further, it was completely disrespectful that they let me sit around waiting for half an hour without even bothering to mention that there wasn't even a Notary at the location, after lying to me over the phone about it.

This branch is terrible. 5 people in line and they spent 10 minutes on one customer. The only window open is a teller IN TRAINING. The manager is just sitting in his office. He walks by and not even politely says "We'll be right with you." As if that means a thing. So annoyed as some of us have places to be and can't spend 20 minutes in line behind only 4 people.

Never go to this Branch they have the worst customer service would not help me out considering I just made almost a $700 deposit don't ever go there 0 Stars
