Most aggressive, belligerent, abusive, rude, unprofessional, branch manager, teller banker, just employees in general, worst bank, employees, or any retail employees I’ve ever seen in my entire life. They literally are abrasive aggressive, they cause a scene and then literally gaslight you saying you’re the one causing the problem you’re not calling them names they take your phone and slamming on on an iPhone and slam it on the desk when they are on the phone with Citizens 800 customer service and they are expressly not given permission to hang up the phone and it’s your phone that they are literally slamming an iPhone 14 pro And that’s not even a year old literally I can’t even begin to explain how belligerent and like toxic and literally, they are like taking out their anger and like I don’t even know like this horrible inexcusable nasty like abusive I can’t even say anything other than abusive like because who else causes a scene at a bank and they work there literally everybody complains about like even like in the last three months about how horrible they’re being treated there and someone even said they like lazy clowns not the tellers the people that literally then call the police on you when you’re just trying to do everything normal get a debit a car card made the same day and you know file dispute with a person you know my name That you know that you talk to on the phone and we see you through the drive-through literally for days at a time and then suddenly they are like falsely calling the police on you saying their truck your trespassing on their property but then they tell you to sit down and wait in the lobby but then they call the police and say your trespassed, you can’t have both the same time either I’m trespassing or you’re telling me to sit and wait for the cops so I sit and wait the police squirt me out because they say it’s private property. I said I’m well aware I’m a customer and like they follow a report against me even though they said I didn’t do anything wrong and I followed instructions and if I left, it probably would’ve been worse cause I would’ve left the scene and I would’ve been accused of trespassing And they said they realize it’s confusing, but they have to follow the police police report against me in the state of New York now and I have to live with that. God knows the rest of my life. I don’t really know I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t even know if that’s I don’t even know what like how the hell that could ever even happen in life These people should be Coleman branch manager, Munos and banker Leonhard they are the people that people are complaining about other reviews literally fit the physical description description of other people. One star reviews I would give zero and like negative stars if possible the police said I didn’t have any control over. They have to make a report And there’s nothing I can do about it and hoping that some other branch is good but literally almost all the branches have is just as bad or worse. Reviews were like there’s one whole branch in the entire million city population that has over four stars everything else is the bank has maybe 3.8 or 3.7 and that’s really high considering some of them are literally below two stars.

I went to deposit my cash tips from work that I’ve been saving on 1/3/24 at 3:15pm, and the atm was down, no biggie. So I went inside where I was greeted by a young woman with black curly hair who rolled her eyes at me, was shaking her head, and sighing. I was so excited about this deposit and she made me feel very self conscious. I even sorted it out into straight piles, and she made me feel like I inconvenienced her entire day.

Don’t even bother to go there on Saturdays if you are in a hurry. Only one teller, You will have to wait a while for your turn.

The tellers are great. The bankers are as dishonest as they are lazy. You are better off putting your money in a matress than in dealing with these clowns.

I’m shocked. I couldn’t withdraw my money cause they were afraid to give me cash. I am a valid customer with valid checking account. What kind of bank is it? Never go there if you need cash!

I have worked with Sherina, Anixa, and Evan and they are phenomenal people and bankers. They were very knowledgeable, kind, and I could tell they cared to give my wife and I the best banking experience overall. In my option this is the best branch of any bank in Rochester.

I have now had 2 of the worst banking experience of my life with citizen. I was charged a fee for not making a deposit this past month. That fee caused me to over draft my account by $2. Instead of calling me to notify me that my account had been over drafted they continued to rack up overdraft fees to the tune of $137. I have learned my lesson and will be closing my account
