Citizens charged me over 100$ in 3 days in overdraft fees. Their overdraft policy is the absolute worst. GET OUT while you're financially alive! 11/16/20 Service Charge Sustained Od - $30.00 11/10/20 Fee Overdraft ( 2 At $37 Each ) |eNotice - $74.00 I run a turquoise jewelry business and forgot that I had two bills coming in at the same time, putting me in the red and making for an embarrasing moment when trying to get lunch at work that day. I looked at my account and was in the red more than I thought. Pawn shops don't charge interest like this!!!!!!!! I know because I had to pawn my coin collection to get some relief from this. BEWARE

TERRIBLE customer service!! rude. critical. talks over you. if I could give them a zero review I would. they are unprofessional as they come. and when telling them that if they continue to treat people like they do-they will end up out of a job when the bank folds. their response "have a good day" and hung up. was a customer for 20 years, but no more!!! don't go there--THEY DONT CARE

Thumbs down for Citizens Bank. I took $100 out of the ATM, then went to the teller so that they could give me 2 $50s. They asked if I was a customer. I am not. They refused to do it. They make change for customers only. Absurd. Bad customer service.
