Month after month it takes longer to get out of this bank. Four people working, no customers still is at least 10 minutes just for a I'll be right with you. LOL

Just lost a customer of 14 years due to the new monthly fee for just having a chase account. Not everyone can meet your requirements so I'm going over to ESL.

Customer service sucks. No one greets you when you walk in or tells you they'll be right with you. Instead they just let you stand there while they're on there computer. Then, they tell you they don't know when the next rep is going to be available or is coming back, literally every time I've been there.

I wish I could give this bank 0 stars. Chase Bank is the bottom of the barrel worlds worst BANK! Incredibly disappointed CHASE does not have any protections for the elderly & disabled! Chase Bank is the ONLY BANK who does not reimburse for stolen checks! My 90 year old neighbor who is immobile, no living family & unable to properly advocate for herself had $6,000 of stolen checks and CHASE did not reimburse a DIME. Excuse me what? Isn't the whole point of a Banking Account is to secure your money?! So this message is directly for the CEO & CFO...I hope you hear my voice loud & clear! Do something about this NOW, because I'm done with you until my neighbor is properly compensated for her losses!

I love Chase bank. The people here are friendly and helpful. However, when it comes to the drive thru ATM, I had to drop a star. Today was the 3rd time in the past year or so that the ATM wasn't functioning properly and I couldn't use it. I had to just drive away, which is a bit frustrating. I don't frequently go to the bank- maybe once a month or less. If I continue to encounter this faulty ATM, I will continue to drop stars.

My 80 year old neighbor had 2 checks stolen from her for $3,000 each and Chase Bank failed to provide any support or provide any client courtesy reimbursements to her at all. Worst a woman named Layla was suppose to help her but failed to return any phone calls. Very disappointed. I know where I will NOT banking now!
