Just like at the other review...horrible customer service. The banker (not at the teller line) was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was looking to cash a check and open an account and credit card and investment unfortunately due to the horrible service provided by the bank especially from Christian I will keep my money elsewhere. Charging $10 to cash a check is ridiculous and taking down your credit card from another bank to do that is very weird and suspicious. I have banked out a ton of other banks and never had to pay to cash a check that was drawn on them or had to give them my credit card number from another bank. personally I would stay away from chase bank especially the one in Heneretta.

DEBORAH LUDWIG, the branch manager, opened a checking account for me in mid-July 2022. She told my family and me multiple times that we would receive a $100 bonus if I made at least 10 payments within 3 months of opening the account. I completed more than 10 payments within 3 months, but did not receive the $100 bonus. So, I got a hold of Deborah Ludwig, who then claimed that she'd never told us 3 months and it should have been 2 months. She not only refused to give me my $100 bonus, but she never admitted her costly mistake of misinforming us and refused to let me speak to her manager or any of her superiors. She said the only option was for her to submit a complaint to "executives," who would call me within 24-48 hours. I never received any calls. I never received my $100 bonus. I wasted hours of my time and energy calling to try to get a hold of her just to hear her blame me for the mistake she'd made. I am very disappointed in Deborah Ludwig, who is untrustworthy, unreliable, and incompetent. Watch out for her. I advise against doing any business with her or this branch in general.

Very helpful and amazing customer service. I've needed to extend my college student account and the staff there sat me down, explained everything and within ten minutes, my new account was set up with new cards and guided me through the mobile app. The transition was absolutely effortless and seamless. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Every time I come here the tellers are always so rude! They need to be trained in customer service because that is there job!!! Definitely going to change banks after how I was treated today.

The tellers here are always so rude!! You are in customer service- it's your job to be trained on how to talk to people! I don't understand how I have not once had an easy going trip to this bank. Pulling my funds and going elsewhere.

Excellent bank. They never make me feel rushed and it's always a breeze to walk in and get taken care of. Awesome customer service! Today we were helped by Vehbi, he was personable and helped us get our account settled in no time. Easily the best bank I've ever had to deal with.

I have consistently had problems with Chase but stay with them because I can consider them the lesser of the evils, but not by much. All banks are predatory, this one is no exception. I've paid over $2000 in overdraft fees since my account suddenly allowed me to use my debit card when I had no money in my account. I digress. I visited this location to deposit a bunch of checks I found while going through old mail. Many were old royalty checks for small amounts. They never expire. I sat down with Christine Sage, a Private Client Banker. She was very kind, helpful, and sympathetic to my situation - divorce, single mom, going back to school, stressed about money since ex hasn't paid child support blah blah. She assured me we could try to deposit the older checks, but some maybe returned. I went to the teller area to make my deposit and had the unfortunate experience of being helped by Yvonne. I have never encountered such rude customer service in my life. Even by New York standards, where people aren't talkative and friendly like they are in the south, she was awful. I was very pleasant and laughed saying, "well some of these are old checks but they don't expire and always went through when I've done this in the past." She stopped the deposit and barked "oh, these are old? We can't deposit these" as she hurriedly tried to shove them back to me. I insisted that they have always gone through in the past and have NO EXPIRATION DATE, which is the STANDARD RULE for checks. She kept shoving them at me barking at me in a short, sharp, RUDE fashion. "We won't deposit them! We can't deposit these!" I told her Christine told me to try them anyway and she rolled her eyes and said "Yeah she wouldn't know." I literally started crying because this was just the last straw--my day was already going unfavorably. I headed for the door but stopped again by Christine who then helped me make an ATM deposit. Christine was a saint in an otherwise horrible encounter. She should be promoted to the Pittsford location or somewhere with better customer service because she deserves it. If you choose to use this location, avoid Yvonne at all costs.
