The branch is fine if not a little inconvenient The problem is that they are repeatedly holding deposit funds for 10 days. On top of that they are restricting the entire account for that same period of time. For example: I made a deposit of $10,000 which brought my balance to $23,000. An available balance of $13,000. They placed a restriction on ALL my funds until the $10,000 check cleared. 10 days!!! My available balance of 13,000 was not available. They bounced checks I wrote when my available balance would have covered them. BS! On top of that, I verified with my customer that the money was withdrawn from their account on day 2. When my check clears tomorrow I am closing all three of my accounts

This location is unbelievable. They treat minorities the worst. Eddie Zimmerman lied and said he was a manager. Refused to get a manager. But was willing to help every caucasian that came before and after me. Wow. Im upset I had to press one star to post this review!

long time customers of chase. Walked in to open a joint account. Waited 20 mins. The manager walked up to other customers also looking to open an account not even acknowledging the people sitting there before them. When the teller was asked he said it was because we needed to open an account, when clear as day the other people also helped first needed to open an account. Poor customer service. Not the first time in this bank.

Chase is great when all things goes well. But when you need their help, dont be sure they will be there for you. I know they did not help when I needed them.

Outside ATM is always out of service. I've gone twice in past 3 days and it's been down. The inside ATM doesn't work either. I put my card in and nothing happens. Very inconvenient and unacceptable.

I went into Chase bank on Spencerport Rd upset about fraud occurring on my account. I'm glad I had the pleasure of working with the rep Devin. He very courtesy and helped me resolve the issue. Chase needs more reps like Devin

Sometimes i have problems with people on my account with fees and other things and a gentleman named Kyle is always there to help, i appreciate him very much for working here this bank is so much better now that i can actually get things resolved. HIRE MORE KYLES

I walked into that bank one day the manager was nice to me and all I wanted was change and he was happy to do it for me.so I dont know why Linda would make up some type of lie because ive been in that bank in the past and never had an issue with them so its either you had an attitude or your being rude or something I dont know but as far as im concern your a liar.

Would give this bank 0 stars... my mother just opened an account with chase earlier in 2019 and had bad customer service on 3 different occasions. Devin Young, one of the desk workers along with the manager on site the day of April 6th, 2019 were very disrespectful! My mother ordered a new debit card 3 times and never received it. Not once did D. Young apologize or show value to the several thousands of dollars we have invested into the bank... we over heard him and the “manager†calling us stupid and confronted them about it. Both people did not make eye contact with us when talking and seemed to be embarrassed when we called them out on the horrible customer service...

Outstanding customer service.. Kyle Semrau went above and beyond to make me feel like I am a valued chase client .. really appreciated his input on helping me figure out future checking and saving options for me and my kids.. definitely going to continue doing business with chase bank thanks again!
