I was greeted at the door and asked if I needed assistance. I'm assuming he was the manager, and I let him know I needed to get my paperwork notarized, deposit some coins and a check, and get a money order. He walked me over to Robin, who was the notary, since he was free and let me know if I needed anything else to just ask. All staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint would be the cost of the money order was $5! I'm not sure if that's how much it usually is elsewhere, but to get all my tasks done at one location was very helpful.

Atm is down 90% of the time. Very inconvenient. Kinda defeats the purpose.

This rating isn’t directed to the actual bank on Monroe Ave - this is about the 1-800 customer service number . Chase has been sending me mail for a company named “Rochester Beer Run LLC” for a good year now. I have lived at my address for 6+ years and have no idea what this business is. I was just on the phone for over 40 min and CONTINUALLY transfers to the “correct” department only to be told that I need to be transferred again. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I got so frustrated that I gave up and hung up. One of the ladies pretended to not be able to hear me when i could hear myself in her speakers thru her own mic, so yeah there’s that. All I want is for the mail to stop coming to my address and apparently you have to know the president personally to talk to anyone who has a clue about what department does what. Planning to move my business elsewhere due to this situation. What a joke.

Great location and good service at this location. They have an indoor ATM and the a large inside. They have their own lot and down the way is the outside ATM

Love this bank.Of all the banks I have done business with. Chase is like a 2nd family to me.Their employees are so helpful,courteous and answers any all questions. Keep up the great job at all Chase banks.You need more locations though.More is better in my book.

I use Chase for some of my banking. The staff at this branch have always been nice to me, courteous, and accurate with my transactions. I probably go to the bank once a year, each time I have been to this branch, I have been greeted timely and my transactions processed accurately. For a retail bank, this branch treats it's customers well for a large retail bank.

I had a terrible experience at the Chase Bank on Goodman and Monroe (I was the only one in the bank, waited 20 minutes, and the teller was very rude). I left and went to this bank. I was helped immediately by Digno, and he was very patient and knowledgeable. He hooked me up and I went on my way. Highly recommend.
