It’s really sad that I have to write is because I love Chase Bank but this location has disappointed me one too many times I came in to get a letter notarized and they told me I needed an appointment. I have never needed an appointment to get a letter notarized they made me wait in the lobby for almost 15 minutes while no one spoke to me and then, when I finally went up to the teller with the branch manager had a full conversation with someone before me completely ignoring me the whole time and then waited to tell me that I needed that appointment or I can wait a little longer. The lack of sense of urgency with this branch is unmatched.

Always a pleasure with the employees at this branch, they are always friendly, professional, knowledgeable! It's nice to have a local branch that I enjoy going to!

Came to the bank after hours. The drive through ATM was unable to dispense sach. The door front door also did not operate using my bank card or my phone to access the ATM indoors. 0/5.

I recently used their drive-through ATM the ATM took the money from my accbut did not dispense any cash I was given a receipt saying to call a numbut no one there would talk to me because I was not a Chase customer it has now been 2 weeks and I still have not had my funds returned to me $400 gone

It's starting to get to the point where I don't bother going to this location anymore. The drive up ATM always has an issue to where you can't use it. And for whatever reason you can't use the walk up ATM inside after hours.

The branch manager Brandon is a real life saver, he made it very easy and stress free to open a business account as a foreign investor. Not to mention how friendly and respectful he is!

The last five or six times I tried to go to the ATM it was out of money or broken. You now have limited vestibule hours for the inside ATM. Very uncool and very rude to the customers!

The staff kicked an African American male out of the bank for being black and making the customers feel uncomfortable. This bank is not minority friendly and the staff explained that because of the area they assume they are hobos

Very unprofessional! Went to this location to create a business account. After completing the application I was told the account I needed to be approved by a branch manager (or something equivalent) who will reach out tomorrow. This person called and asked me the same questions I had already answered and told me he will get back to me. I followed up the next day expecting my biz accounts to be active and they still weren’t. I was told that the person is now on vacation for 2 weeks and I’d have to wait until he gets back to get the accounts active. Now I’m just getting the runaround while my account activation is pending. This really delays my business plans. Terrible service, especially for business.
